Stopped in while in town went through drive thru. I got the chai and it tasted like milky water. There was really no chai flavor at all. My family said their coffees tasted burnt.

Very first time there used drive thru. Messed my order up. Second time there walked in. No one at counter. Waited 3 minutes, then called. Phone answered- asked if they were open, told them I was at front counter. Hey, I get it. I'll go somewhere else that want my business.
