I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience my partner and I had this morning, Thursday, July 25th, around 10:10 AM. We called with some questions regarding our upcoming visit, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. After a short exchange, she hung up on both me and my partner while we were still trying to speak.

We wanted to try these guys out and we were pleasantly surprised with the amazing service and had the Yard Bird which reminds me of a real fried chicken Chick fil a sandwich! The employees were so helpful and went above and beyond! It was clean and quick service! We visited after church and no wait and not crowded! Great portions and affordable!

I’m mixed feelings on this place. Our son past away last week and today was his birthday. He’s been wanting to come. After the funeral we packed up our 3 kids and came to celebrate. Got in around 6pm. The staff was amazing. Aaron at the front desk, very friendly. The lady after him was incredible. My son had his wallet stolen and the money and his debit card was compromised and the staff was very helpful. They called the local police so our nighttime experience was very good. We did get here on a Sunday so pretty much everything closed, the courts and things around eight.. so we thought we’d go to bed and restart in the morning get up for some breakfast go down to the Pickleball courts play a little arcade before we check out. Everything is closed. Nothing opens till noon and check out is at 11 and they could not grant us a later check out because they said they were very busy which if you looked in the parking lot they weren’t very busy for a late February Monday morning. And no breakfast. All the cafe’s don’t open till noon or 4. To top it off the pool is not open. It’s under construction and that is on the website but I swore the construction was like a year ago so and that’s the last review I saw so I was thinking it had to be open by now. I should’ve called and that was my fault.. overall it wasn’t horrible but for $220 for one night they should discount for no pool and no breakfast.

Shuttle drivers are awesome.

The coffee is very weak and the options for a healthy breakfast are oatmeal an apple or an orange. There isn’t a friendly voice be here 👎☕️👎

Can for dinner. They have a buffet that people seem to like. It's not creative, its stuff you'll find on the Sysco food list. Its Quick and You can eat a lot.

They finally have stepped it up. The crab legs were crisp and not soggy as before and the prime rib was decent also.

We always have amazing service here, we've only ever done the buffet and we have only good things to say. Amazing service

Widespread debris and rubble remained scattered across the floor throughout our visit. It was filthy. All of the hot food items seemed quite stale and dry. The shrimp smelled foul with a heavy fishy aroma. Perhaps it was the inventory rundown toward the end of night but i found it rather unappealing overall. It was a pretty big dissappointment for a Christmas Day dinner. The wait staff working the dining room, however, were working hard and very acommodating. Kudos to them. In general, there needs to be a *lot* of improvement in several aspects to encourage a repeat visit. My first experience here a couple years ago (see photos) was considerably better but this last visit has pushed it off of my future options list. Not recommended.

Buffet is small. Everything was old tasting. The desserts are store bought and awful. Not worth the price.
