We "literally" waited 20 minutes in drive thru for our food. And then food was only mediocre. I generally look forward to Hardee's on my trips back home to Iowa but will look somewhere else, going forward.

I rarely have any issues here, the manager on duty this morning was absolutely out of control! She was full out yelling at her staff with a dining room full of people. Being a manager in the past I understand having issues with your staff, but you do not take care of it in front of a dining room full of customers. When I return if this same manager is working I will definitely leave. She was so very disrespectful to her staff who were working their butts off. As I sit here writing this she just told her staff to stop taking orders and that she doesn’t care!

Went through drive through! Asked for med fries with no salt and received small size in medium box soggy fries with salt, asked for chocolate shake and got half vanilla with some chocolate. Just won’t do it again! $60 worth of food and it was awful

Rarely do fast food. Today wen to Hardee's and ordered a number 9 which is a big hot ham and cheese sandwich. Size medium. At home opened bag and
not a ham and cheese. A hamberger sandwich. Took meal back to have meal corrected and asked for hot french fries due to cold after having to have meal fixed. French fries should have been a medium. Small box of a cold mixture of stale French fries were given. I would have been better off sticking with cold ones. Shame on the person who runs this franchise for allowing employees to behave this way. This business doesn't even deserve the one star.

I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender combo platter ( 5 tenders, coleslaw , fries, Texas toast and a drink) for $15+ and got 4 1/2 over cooked tiny strips , no slaw and Texas toast that was just pathetic. Don’t typically complain but good god. Also wasn’t given a receipt and paid cash. The employees were kind at the drive thru but for being the only customer present you’d think they could get things right.

Yeah I just left the Burlington Hardee's and they were having some confusion going on something was wrong with their computer or something phones ringing people to drive through and let me tell you something just wanted to give her a thumbs up tell her awesome job manager thank you I'll definitely be back ???

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience was not good here. I walked in at 2:30 pm, was essentially ignored, and when the gal finally looked at me, she did just that...looked at me. I asked if she was ready, and she said, "No, not really." ??? Anyway, I ordered two wraps, was overcharged, and after the cost was fixed, I waited. And waited. And waited. Two drive thru orders came thru, and still I waited. No one else came into the lobby. After nine minutes, I overheard a discussion between three employees (there were at least 5 people there) about how long the wait times were. The guy said 40 seconds for the drive thru and nine minutes for the lobby (me). About 2 minutes later I got my food and left. When I opened the bag, the wrappers on the wraps were greasy. I opened them up...they weren't wraps, they were soft tacos essentially. They forgot to put Ranch dressing on my ranch wrap. The tortillas were stale.
Whereas nothing was over-the-top awful (although the wait was borderline), all the little things made this one of those "I will never go there again" experiences.

15 minutes to get our food. Only 4 customers, 5 employees were working. Food wasn't very good. Watching 2 employees do different jobs, never washed their hands or put on gloves, then start scooping up fries..

Tried to order food at drive thru at 10:40 told it would be a 10 minute wait because breakfast was ending. Was told to pull around and park they wouldn't take my order. Then told they don't serve lunch till 11 but lunch menu was posted.

These are some very hardworking people who deal with challenges every day because they are short staff. They take care of the customers but need patience. They deliver quality food in the morning EVERY time❤️❤️❤️
