I understand its Christmas and it was the only place open so im not upset about the wait time or anything, the only thing I am upset about is I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo for my other half and I got a double bacon grilled cheese. I get being in a rush but accuracy still matters and I despise that I could not be listened to. I should've read the screen but I rarely ever have mishaps with my order at Hardee's. Sadly by the time I would've headed back out and made it through that horrendous drive through line again they would've been closed. I get sometimes its not the easiest to hear through those headsets but all food places train you to repeat the orders back just to confirm it.

I’m not too happy about this one. I ordered a breakfast homestyle burrito and when I took a bite out of it, it was all sausage. I worked at Hardee’s for 5+ years at another location, I know the sausage is suppose to be tore up by hand (with gloves) or chopped up with a knife then tossed into the mix, but just tossing it into the burrito is lazy.
