Staff use discriminatory language towards eachother which makes it an uncomfortable place to work or eat, management is so unprofessional that they will talk crazy to their staff and short them on their checks without providing a solution or update and then block you from contacting them. Food is subpar in quality for the price you pay for it. I wouldn’t spend my cousins money in an establishment that is so poorly run ever again!

This place in Burlington no matter the time of day breakfast lunch dinner the managers employees are all doing it right and keeping it piping hot for the drive through window. I can't say enough good things to everyone here, I work in restaurant food industry 15yrs. This Hardee's is five star.

I got a Frisco burger without the bread and I ordered a strawberry shake and got a soda. How do you not put the bread on the Sandwich and how do you mistaken a drink for a shake and the prices was outrages. Two meals was almost $40 and you didn't even get what you ordered.
Such nice people working here. The food has just totally fallen off the wagon. The big Hot Ham and cheese was terrible. The ham was over smoked and over cooked. The Swiss cheese is runny and tasteless. So sad, it was the last good sandwich there. ? the breakfast is okay... saves the rating from a 1 star.

How hard is it to get an order right, especially when it's right on the receipt? A double means two patties not one. They've completely screwed up my orders the lady few times ive been there. Ask for no mayo, they repeated back to me "no mayo" then get my burger slathered in mayo. Really is it that hard to read an order? Apparently it is.
