The lady wouldn’t even let me order cookies and when I told her about the other hyvee that made these type of cookies (chocolate chip) she looked at me like I was stupid.

We stopped at hyvee this morning for breakfast and it has definitely gone down hill. The bacon looked hours old and hard as a rock. the potatoes were dry and burnt and the toast was way over toasted. I'll think we'll spend a little more and go to Perkins next trip.

5 of us tried the breakfast menu in the cafe. It was very good and reasonably priced. very nice wait staff. highly recommend it.

Don't shop here there is a chance they will double charge you and expect you to deal with it. Horrible business.
they refused to pay me the money they double charged me and I was almost not able to get to work, no one should have to beg for there own money

Went in to get a list of items at 7:30 am : any brand cold brew coffee, Starbucks almond milk creamer, Minute Maid orange juice, lunchables, 2 frozen pepperoni pizzas any brand , ham & cheese, bread, SunChips, goldfish and frozen green beans !!! Of those items only one was available … the almondmilk creamer and not even the brand or size I wanted… I wasted 45 minutes walking around to find nothing… I told the cashier and she said I need to complain to corporate so something w
I don’t recommend going to this particular hyvee with the intent on a specific item OR the expectation that staff will be able to provide reliable information on restocking. At first we were told that if the item is not in stock ( specifically Red Baron breakfast scrambles ) they will stock the shelves with what they have so that when attempting to order from hyvee aisles it looks available. Once in the store a staff member stated that they were indeed out of stock despite be

Please train your employees on how to properly bag groceries. My raw meat is constantly in with things it shouldn't be mixed with. I've had heavy produce in with bread. I could go on all day. Plus they have piled heavier bags on top of chips and bread in my cart more times then not. They just throw the bags into the cart so when I am loading them into my car usually half my products have fallen out of bags into the bottom of the cart. I spend more time standing outside my car rebagging my groceries then I do actually shopping for them. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
