Ordered Saturday and did an online order.. Waited 20 min and still wasn't ready.. then went and stated i didn't get the order and they told me that i was supposed to tell them i was there.. It was online order, i asked for a refund and got yelled at.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I ordered a little John sandwich and drink which usually totals close to $8. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed the order and it was just all large sandwich. Kristina the order taker proceeded to ask me why I didn’t know by the total that she hadn’t put it in correctly. I stated that’s usually the same price as a little John and large coke. How am I supposed to know you didn’t put it in correctly if it’s a similar price? She then loudly complained that she couldn’t handle me and that she was going to lose it. I was on the phone explaining what was going on to whom I was talking to and she opened the window and told me to stop talking about it. I said excuse me? I’m sorry, but no one has the right to tell me what I can talk about on my phone in my car especially if I am explaining I might be a few more minutes due to a mix up. She continued to be rude through the entire experience. I visit frequently, so to be treated poorly is surprising as I usually have a good experience. Since she continued to be rude to me, I called the store. The Franchise owner happened to be there, Rick I believe. I got the standard disingenuous “sorry about that.” Guess I’ll find a new lunch spot. Thanks Kristina and Rick for the heads up I should spend my money elsewhere. I’ll make sure to spread the word of your kindness.

I used the drive-thru only so stars for atmosphere. Service would have been 5 Stars if it weren't for the fact that they won't deliver to my house and I only live 5 mins away. The food, speed of service and pricing is all 5 star for sure, makes driving there to pick it up myself worth the extra 10 mins round trip.

Went through the drive through to pick up what I ordered on the app and everything was spot on. I worked for Jimmy John's for awhile when I was in college a lot of years ago (a whole lot). Pretty sure it was me who got them known for their "freaky fast delivery".? I do love their sandwiches. Billy Club is my favorite. It's not easy to get to their location here but worth the hassle for sure. Highly recommend it and probably most all locations because their guidelines are tight. Loved my sandwich plus that Cajun chicken wrap was spicy good ?

This place used to have great service but every time I go no matter what my order is always made wrong. I’ve tried drive-thru and I’ve also tried placing an order. Customer service has gone downhill as well. Very disappointing.
