Ordered my food, including an upcharge for a side. 20 mins later they came to my table to tell me the side i ordered had run out. Asked me to pick a different side. 5 mins later food came out and was okay. Roast beef had a dry piece but was good. Asked to maybe get a free drink or something the next time that i came in cause the upcharged side wasn't provided. Was told the drink costs more then the side and they wouldn't give a refund. Not how you get repeat dinners.

Food Allergie sufferers beware: Ordered a sandwich for my daughter who has severe food allergies. Customized the sandwich so she would be able to eat it. Got home to find the changes were not done properly. Called store and they remade the sandwich wrong again. The manager refused to help further saying it was made properly despite being on the wrong bread and had food that she was still allergic to. Called the CS number only to be told the store manager has the final say in these matters. The customer service here is absolutely horrible and I will never return again.
Dietary restrictions: They don't care about customer's dietary needs and allergies

The service was excellent, my wife and I had ordered, and received our food within about 15 minutes. Let me also say that the food quality for a "fast food" style deli is awesome. I hope you enjoy as much we did!

The food is good but I don't know how they get 1600 calories into a basic turkey sandwich.

Your staff needs to be trained on how to properly make a sandwich. I came in and ordered a club and it had so much mayo and mustard I could have made 10 sandwiches. Also the lettuce on my club was nasty and should have been discarded two days prior. You all need to take some pride and respect in how you earn your living. I will never tell anyone to come here. Figure it out! It was awful! Get your staff trained and in order. It was embarrassing.

The prices on the menu vs the prices they charged were entirely different, the sandwhiches were soggy, the mac and cheese had burnt bits like it just sat all day, and the tomato and cucumber salad was mostly slimy sauce with like 2 cherry tomatos, and 4 slices of cucumber and for such an upcharge it was extremely disappointing. The lady that took our order was very kind and seemed really stressed out. She also apologized when we told her it was disappointing, but 64 dollars for 3 sandwhiches, sides, and drinks was absolutely disappointing when the food was so bad. I don't think I'll ever go back.

If I could give a zero star I definitely would. Three years myself and two employees have been coming to this location weekly as we travel 3 hours away for an auction weekly. After auction we stop to eat. The staff use to be very pleasant and customer service was fantastic. After tonight we will never be back. Walk in at 730 wait in line for 10-15 min to order because the 3 teenagers working can’t seem to get it right and keep messing around with other orders laughing because they don’t know whose foods whose and huffing and making bets at how late they were going to be stuck there because there were about 6 people in there, finally take our order which has to be repeated a good 10 times due to it being typed In wrong. Finally once complete and ready to pay the kid at the counter says we do close in 5 minutes so you’ll have to take it to go. I said actually you close in 13 minutes and had you not wasted all this time it would have been longer as the people who ordered right before us were waiting at their table to eat their food there. I then said we’re 3 hours away so if we can’t eat here I guess cancel the order and he said ok cancelled. The people directly behind us walked out shaking their heads after witnessing it all as well. Hire back the respectable people that were once there.

I love their food. But Google has wrong hours and they leave their open lights on even when there closed.

Food was amazing, place was very clean, they have a visible checklist for keeping the bathroom clean and check it every 30 minutes, and Tiffany, who was the lady who was checking on us, was amazing and my toddler loved her!!

Very disappointed with the sandwich I got, it was supposed to have avocado, Pettus tomato, and jalapeno chips, but it had none of those but 4 measley little chips on it and some cheese, I requested a refund but of course I still ate the whole sandwich because I was hungry and didn't want to drive 10 minutes to get my order sorted out for half a sandwich and 13 dollars.
