Did not see my online order when i order it 35 mins

What a sad excuse for food and service. My husband walked from the hotel to get our kids a snack and us a quick something to eat. No high expectations, but did expect to get what we paid for. However, they didn’t give us a receipt nor did they give us our full order. Forgot the chicken spicy meal sandwich. Getting my food, it was supposed to be fresh fries were old and soggy. Tasted like they were fried twice. Literally didn’t eat them and am giving them back. My sandwich was so over cooked and dried. And also tasted old. I’m also giving it back.. I’m not too picky normally either. But it being 11 I feel like I should have had fresher. My husband didn’t get his and had to walk back over to get it. He gets back and he was given a chicken instead of the actual sandwich he paid for. He’s now walking all the food back over. Do not waste your time nor money. My kids barely touched any of their food and that’s strange for them. McDonald is a treat they normally enjoy.

Stopped to get a quick lunch with my granddaughter. Tracy took our order and was so kind! She was very personable and greeted all customers with a smile and positive attitude. What a great employee.

I door dashed and they brought me the wrong food then I went to go get food about 30 mins later and they tried to give me the same food once I told them I wanted fresh food they decided to gimme my new food without toasting the buns absolutely worst McDonalds crew I’ve ever been served by never go here after 930 due to the ignorance they have employed

Food was terrible, service non-existent... ordered from app for table service, never got my order, checked at counter and found out they gave it to someone else, remade food and fries were overcooked/cold and burger bun was cold and untoasted, cheese was not melted, burger was barely warm. Worst McDonald's I've ever had.

I don’t usually post reviews but this McDonald’s has messed up my order multiple times. I wanted a smoothie this time, came FOR the mango pineapple smoothie I always want. I ordered through the kiosk, if somethings out of stock it says it on the screen. I ordered my smoothie with some food and light whipped cream. They called my order, I went up. The drink isn’t there. So someone asks me if somethings wrong and I’m like “yeah, I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie with light whipped cream.” And he goes to get it. He comes back with a large strawberry banana smoothie.. no whip. I’m like “I’m sorry if I mis-spoke, I meant a large mango pineapple smoothie with light whipped cream.” So he goes back, then comes back with a redhead and she says they don’t have mango. I’m like wtf, the kiosk didn’t say that, but I’m standing there, looking like an idiot in shock because I just wanted my damn smoothie because the other place I go to is closed. So he says “do you want this or not?” And puts the smoothie out for me. I’m like.. “yeah, I’ll just take it.” Because I don’t want to go through the struggle of dealing with a refund after this. I’m staring at the redhead because the way she’s looking at me is scary. Then she says “have a great day.” In the flattest tone possible and then I turn to leave and tell them to have a great day too. Btw I’ve never drank Strawberry banana smoothies, I gave it to my friend.

Don’t come here. They messed up putting one slice of cheese on my McChicken once, didn’t care that much but there’s more. ☹️

If i coyod rate a 0 i would. Got my order completely wrong and didnt even give me the xtra cheese 9n my burgers that i paid for. Same woth cup size. Ordered a large got a medium. Cery dissapointed and wont be coming back

You guys have to do better I am allergic to onions I ask no onions and of course they put them on there makess me very sick not unacceptable also, fries were absolutely disgusting and we had to wait It’s gotta get better than this or you guys need to shut this place down. I don’t ever give bad reviews but this has to be done we also had to go some where else and by food that food was thrown away waste of money when we are on our lunch break for work I warn people don’t go to this McDonald’s you will not be happy
