Good service although make sure you check your happy meals for Apples. They have forgotten those a few times. But always rectify without question.

Says 24 hours, went through the drive through at 4:15am and they said they aren't taking orders for another 15 minutes. I waited, and 3 other people drove up. One left, other two waited.... Left at 4:50. My order was completely wrong, so I had to go back in. Not sure what the deal was. The cook Amanda giving the manager attitude saying she won't hurry to fix it in a hurry, even though it was rang up correctly... Probably don't say 24 hours if you aren't 24 hours and save people the trouble. Ali was gracious, Amanda was being a jerk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off the ice machines have visible mold and grime. There were employees working with long hair that did not have their hair pulled back for food safety. No one appeared to care about the filthy store. They then messed up one of our sandwiches. Food was not fresh and one sandwich that was supposed to not have onion had onion hiding between the middle meat and cheese. This store has repeatedly failed and the store manager does not appear to care about standards. I have worked this job in the past and have been in their shoes. There is no excuse for the lack of care or service.

This restaurant don’t need to be open 24 hours if I have to wait for ten mins before someone comes to the speaker. I am on my lunch break. This is ridiculous.

I try to never totally downgrade any business because I don't know what is happening behind the scene.
But this McDonald's on Roosevelt Ave has a lot of issues with the night time service. Breakfast though is great.
Let me start for tonight 11/07/2025, I walked in and used a kiosk. I ordered a frappe, 50/50 sweet tea and lemonade, and a sweet tea; that's it. It took over 30 minutes to get my drinks. If it wasn't for the new girl asking if I'd been served, I'd probably still be waiting.
As a former food service manager, I noticed a lot of red flags after I ordered. One of the many problems was damn near everything (production line and dining room areas) was empty. No cups, lids, and instead of having the person leaving at 8:30pm restock before leaving, the manager let her just grabbed her food and drink and split. Sadly part was I seen a manager walk out from behind the prep area to the expedite area and walked through as if she was taking a Sunday stroll.
Until they get this all fixed I'm staying away.

What a sad excuse for food and service. My husband walked from the hotel to get our kids a snack and us a quick something to eat. No high expectations, but did expect to get what we paid for. However, they didn’t give us a receipt nor did they give us our full order. Forgot the chicken spicy meal sandwich. Getting my food, it was supposed to be fresh fries were old and soggy. Tasted like they were fried twice. Literally didn’t eat them and am giving them back. My sandwich was so over cooked and dried. And also tasted old. I’m also giving it back.. I’m not too picky normally either. But it being 11 I feel like I should have had fresher. My husband didn’t get his and had to walk back over to get it. He gets back and he was given a chicken instead of the actual sandwich he paid for. He’s now walking all the food back over. Do not waste your time nor money. My kids barely touched any of their food and that’s strange for them. McDonald is a treat they normally enjoy.
