I don’t usually post reviews but this McDonald’s has messed up my order multiple times. I wanted a smoothie this time, came FOR the mango pineapple smoothie I always want. I ordered through the kiosk, if somethings out of stock it says it on the screen. I ordered my smoothie with some food and light whipped cream. They called my order, I went up. The drink isn’t there. So someone asks me if somethings wrong and I’m like “yeah, I ordered a large mango pineapple smoothie...
Originally my custom coffee order wasn't made right but Darius was super friendly and invited me back to the store right away to replace it, love to see this type of customer service!
