I work later in the night and everytime I go Brianna is always nice and friendly and her and the other employee are always just trucking along even with in my opinion being short staffed. Brianna deserves a nice raise for the hard work she does.
This location has been notoriously slow for a long time. Recently, however, they seem to be trying to speed things up in the drive-through. They change is noticeable. I'll update with a higher Service score if this trend continues.
Sad everytime I go shake machine is down.
Parking: Drive thru was very busy 6 pull up spots full plus a few extra people were pulled aside too. The gentlemen were very polite and got food out as quick as possible.
