Orange Ember is a great, small, welcoming, and charming little local hotspot. If you're in the mood for tacos or quesadillas, this is a must-try if you live in or are passing through Burlington. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. I was in the area for work and wanted to find a good local restaurant. Boy, did I ever. Fantastic flavor on the tacos and chips & queso, vibrant design on the interior, and very friendly staff. The owner sat down with me and told me the history of the business and even referred me to a few other establishments to check out on my brief stay. What a great experience with some great people.

WOW - this place!!! The food is delicious, the place is clean and welcoming, and the staff is kind and helpful. You can tell this entire operation comes from the heart and its owners want to share good food with people.The food doesn't appear to use anything pre-made, so no preservatives or plastic taste.
