Its so dumb they prioritize the online orders in front of the actual customers there. Waited 10 minutes for people to actually acknowledge anyone in the line.

Went to Pancheros last night(Friday) at 7:15.
The chicken was soooo spicy we could barely eat it!!! That’s what we get all the time. Even our friends had a very hard time eating it. To top it off they ran out of RICE? who does that on a Friday night?

I absolutely love pancheros. My only complaint is more than 50% of the time I get my white queso and chips. My chips are stale :( this is in the Burlington Iowa location

It’s like if your ordered chipotle from wish. This place is disappointing. The food service area and dining areas are a pigsty. The staff is rude and pushy, and the food is not that great.

I pulled up a quarter before 11pm when the business is supposed to close and the worker stood inside with the doors locked saying making a motion for no more customers. I try desperately to avoid being that person that comes shortly before close but nowhere else is allowed to close early because they just want to.

Burrito was awful rice was hard and undercooked, guacamole was brown from oxidation. Person offering additional items cheese, corn, pico acted as though she was paying directly for the above mentioned additions. Music way too loud, temperature was incredibly cold. This used to be my favorite place to eat, I won’t return.

My two children and I entered into your burlingron restaurant today. The inappropriate comments made by your staff member Johnathon to my eleven year old child was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Your staff member telling my ELEVEN year old daughter she looked 21 while staring at her chest was absolutely ridiculous. I visit this establishment frequently but will not return. As I tell your staff member she is 11 he laughs and says but she looks 21! Absolutely inappropriate . Meanwhile the look on your other staff member face after hearing the inappropriate comment and knowing darn well he was wrong!

Food was good, which is the only thing saving this review. Being the only person in line to order and having to wait with no online orders being made is ridiculous. There's three staff members just staring at me even after I said "can I get a burrito, please?" Do better.

Love Panchos.
Bummed that they started charging $1.80 for extra scoops of rice in their burritos when it's currently free at a lot of other Panchero's locations and was free at this location for years.
It's the little things like that that make a huuuuge difference between me coming back frequently as a repeat customer vs just dropping in on a rare occasion.
The difference in value.
A few cents lost, is dollars gained with repeat transactions.
That being said they are free to do whatever they like! Free market

girl i had take my order was very rude, i asked for extra chicken and she went back and gave me extra rice and when i told her i didn’t ask for extra rice i asked for extra chicken she just stood there and looked at me and then proceeded to ask if i wanted queso or veggies!
