Awful. My company bought us lunch from Pancheros in Burlington, Iowa today. I ordered a salad. When we brought it back to the office I was disgusted to find that my to-go container was filled with essentially soup and a tiny bit of soggy, wilted lettuce. I've seen more lettuce on sandwiches than what was in this "salad". It was inedible and went into the trash.

What a shame that restaurants like these that use the Hispanic name and are all American burn us Hispanics first, they have no hygiene, they have a disgusting bathroom, filthy floors, disgusting windows that if you touch them, the dirt sticks to your hands and the food is super simple. I tried to eat it twice, the first one had no flavor at all and the second time they gave me some black beans with a burnt taste. And the bad thing is that no inspector comes to them until someone complains to the health department. I hope the owner of this business looks at this to stop. That his food improves is my opinion for his good.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! It’s kinda known everyone that if you go to a pancheros, you are not going to have a pleasant experience with staff. They are always grumpy and short with you. They always make the fact that they hate their job your problem, this was not the case at this place. This is genuinely the only pancheros I have been to where the staff were happy and nice. It was also the first time I went to the Burlington one. This was a wonderful experience for me an my friend and we talked about it on the way home. 10/10. We were there 8/26/23 around 7pm if the managers wanna know who the stellar staff was.
