Im a regular and I do'nt have any complaints. Sometimes service is a bit slow, but its understandable considering the short staffing. Had Neveah for my server tonight! She's always pleasant and seems to enjoy her job! She does very well! Likewise with the other staff! Very friendly!
The server Mary was clearly busy, but she got to us quickly. She was relaxed and pleasant and did not make us feel rushed. We had a special order that she handled ease and poise. The food arrived timely and hot, and Mary tended to our special order with ease.
The restaurant was not busy at all, so unless the server was brand new, the service was awful. Even if she was new, she had an attitude that I’ve never experienced in a restaurant. It began with one carafe of old coffee for three of us who were drinking it. She said she was brewing fresh and would bring it out. I asked three times for extra napkins and after the third time, she brought one. One napkin! All plans of ordering desert went out the window when we sat for another...
