Ordered pizza online, when I arrived to pick up my pizza they had put the ranch that I ordered in the stand by heater so my ranch was warm. Disgusting! Pizza was okay, seemed like they threw up red sauce a little much though.

We had an excellent experience here today for lunch. The shift manager was polite, attentive and helpful, suggesting a better alternative to our original order that not only saved us money, but provided an extra (free) large one topping pizza. A member of our party is from New York City, knows their pizza and felt Pizza Hut held their own. It was also reasonably priced.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a credit on my account for a past order they screwed up, went to order my food place. The order came in. And they said there is no credit and there’s nothing they can do about it Taking that credit is basically taking my money if you call customer support, they say they have to refer it to a higher manager that we cannot get a hold of and they will have to get a hold of later

Services is crap. they had given me a credit for an order they messed up in the past. I only used part of it with my last order and when I tried to use the rest of it they told me I didn’t have it anymore and when I called customer service they wouldn’t do anything either. They were a lot better when Lee was the manager. Since he left, the store has gone to complete crap! Hate coming here anymore!
