We had an excellent experience here today for lunch. The shift manager was polite, attentive and helpful, suggesting a better alternative to our original order that not only saved us money, but provided an extra (free) large one topping pizza. A member of our party is from New York City, knows their pizza and felt Pizza Hut held their own. It was also reasonably priced.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a credit on my account for a past order they screwed up, went to order my food place. The order came in. And they said there is no credit and there’s nothing they can do about it Taking that credit is basically taking my money if you call customer support, they say they have to refer it to a higher manager that we cannot get a hold of and they will have to get a hold of later

Services is crap. they had given me a credit for an order they messed up in the past. I only used part of it with my last order and when I tried to use the rest of it they told me I didn’t have it anymore and when I called customer service they wouldn’t do anything either. They were a lot better when Lee was the manager. Since he left, the store has gone to complete crap! Hate coming here anymore!

Waited 15 minutes for breadsticks I pre ordered to be ready by 730 at 3pm. The workers were too busy in the back talking to each other, playing music, and making TikTok’s!!

I went there and they had no heat. Workers were working in their coats and they were freezing. That's an unsafe working environment. They need to close until they have heat!

Ordered online, the manager on duty canceled my order with no notice, phone call, or anything. When I called to try to find out where my food was he said he had 'just been slammed and had to cancel my order'. He said he had refunded my money because it had 'just been a bad night'. Apparently SO bad that he couldn't call me so I could make other dinner plans. Absolutely horrible service. Refused to give me the corporate number and put me on hold until I hung up.
