We had an excellent experience here today for lunch. The shift manager was polite, attentive and helpful, suggesting a better alternative to our original order that not only saved us money, but provided an extra (free) large one topping pizza. A member of our party is from New York City, knows their pizza and felt Pizza Hut held their own. It was also reasonably priced.

The Burlington Hut is BACK!!! Let's face it, Burlington Iowa Pizza Hut went down hill and was terrible and disgusting. But new management has came into the store and also has their secret weapon... Mercedes!! Today this young lady personally made our Pizza and ensured me that we would be pleased.. Pleased is exactly what she delivered!! Because of Mercedes we will be loyal customers like before. Thank you Mercedes for personally and professionally making the Burlington Pizza...

I'm excited to be able to love this place again. I had stopped eating here several years ago due to poor service and poor atmosphere but apparently they've really turned the place around. The employees are very pleasant and the current managers that I've spoken to are oh so friendly and customer service oriented. Even the food looks and tastes amazing again. Plus, I absolutely LOVE the bread sticks. The only downfall is the traffic in the parking lot but I think...
