I feel like it’s just inexperienced management or lazy attitudes

Came to pizza ranch tonight about 730 my husband Willie used to work as a cook there so he know how it operates. I get there and the lady at the front said our buffet closes at 8 and we won’t be putting more food out for the rest of the night?! We know that’s not how it works as when he worked there he was to put food out until buffet closes. Mary was very rude and turned down an entire line of people!! I normally really enjoy coming in and revisiting with coworkers sad to see it goin down hill!

Everyone is always willing to help me with whatever I need to serve my individuals with the most adequate service. Chris the store manager is always willing to help and answer all my questions in the most professional matter. He is always helpful in explaining things to me to help the person I service within my company in his place of business. I feel we work very well together and he is nothing but professional in all matters. I see that he treats his employees with the up most respect and generosity.

Went to this restaurant on Monday ask for military discount was perfectly fine was given to me and I ate free went back on Saturday asked for military discount refused to give one and claimed that corporate had changed the discount rules in the middle of the week. Child chairs were all dirty and covered in crumbs and service for me and my family sucked. Last time I come here.

Anybody that wants pizza ranch I suggest going to Mount pleasant because this won it's really disgusting an disappointing the people were so rude in there have the stuff on the salad bar was all wilted in like squishy it just it was really gross and there was no chicken everything was all down there there was one piece of there was one plate of pizza that was like 10 different pizzas the servers that brought us our buffet your ways were very unsanitary and needed to shower and like wash their hands I hope the carpet everything was really dirty and I used to work at the one in Mount Pleasant so I know what you expect during rush hour that place needs to be shut down I would not ever give them my money ever again the girl that brought us our pizza slopped it all over the seat and table and slam the plates down and I finally got up and got my money back so like I said if you guys want good Pizza ranch go to the one in Mount Pleasant Iowa I wouldn't even call that place at Pizza ranch

The local radio station is running a promotion for businesses to have 69 cent sales. The value of the promotion bucks varies with a business. It's still 69 cents on the dollar and cash only. The DJs are enthusiastic and give a lot of LIVE air time to the businesses participating. Pizza Ranch's promotion was $17.25 for a Pizza Ranch Buck with the value of $25 to be used as cash within the year. No other stipulations were mentioned during the many times I heard the Pizza Ranch LIVE DJ promotion ads. I often take my grand kids and sometimes my mom. The sale happened on one specific day for a two hour window and cash only. So, I got my cash and made a special trip to Pizza Ranch just for the discount bucks. The radio DJs were the ones who handled the cash and handed out the Pizza Ranch Bucks. They were inside the door and friendly and enthusiastic. I bought 6 PRB. I have used two on two different times with no problem. March 5th I arrived with my grand kids as typical. I am a senior and then a 16 year old adult, and a 10 and 11 year old. After I was rang up, I handed the woman at the register my red Pizza Ranch $25 Buck with my credit card out to pay for the remainder. Her response was, "Oh, one of those!! You can't use that with discounts. You have to pay full price on everything." I told her I'd used one each on our last two visits. She stood firm, pointing out that it said so on the PRB. I looked, and yes it did, but that was never mentioned during the many LIVE ads for them, and it wasn't mentioned during my two prior times of using one. So, I was not able to use my PRB as cash unless I used no discounts which really defeats the purpose of me buying the PRB in the first place. There is no incentive for me to purchase them again. Pizza Ranch would be a very expensive pizza and chicken buffet without the discounts! I feel that this Pizza Ranch employee has dishonored the spirit of the radios enthusiastic promotion. I have four Pizza Ranch Bucks valued at $100 left. I tried to find a Pizza Ranch email that I could use to address this issue, but sadly, this is the only platform unless I were to write a letter to corporate.

Six adults and two children under nine yrs. We arrived at about 6:50 pm on a Tuesday evening. There was no line at the counter, so we were able to pay and get our cups right away. This buffet restaurant was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The salad bar was cold and well stocked. The chicken and vegetables were hot and plentiful. The pizza table had a nice variety from which to choose, as well. I was surprised that there were no biscuits, but with so many other tasty options, I didn't really miss/need them. And when it was time for dessert, there was pudding, soft serve ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, cactus bread, and various fruit dessert pizzas.Enjoyable and satisfying.
