I'm sick and tired of them not reading my order! They always mess it up! I spend so much money for the caramelicious and I want whole milk and NO whipped cream, I'm sorry I hate it.. just read the screen!

Updated: Apparently it's okay for to talk about people and talk s*** about people and how they ask their drinks to be made.Oh my God, look at all the shot...well you know what I have three jobs , I have maybe four hours of sleep a day

Cute little drive-thru. The atmosphere is very nice. Service is quick. I know it is popular. A lot of customers drive through to get coffee, breakfast, and whatever. I got a strawberry banana-flavored vertigo Smoothie with some getaway cheese omelet bites. The omelet bites were light, fluffy and taste really good.

I had the peanut butter crunch blender and it tasted very good. Sometimes, it's hit or miss on the peanut butter flavor. They don't put enough in at times. This time was perfect.

They don’t listen when you tell them decaf shots. I understand it’s weird to order decaf shots but those of us that can’t have caffeine and still want that coffee experience shouldn’t have to worry if they actually made it the way you asked for. I have spent the last 3 days with severe dizzy spells, racing heart with palpitations and shaking uncontrollably. Now I refuse to go back to the one in Burlington. This is the 3rd time this has happened. So instead of shutting them down and taking legal action I just choose to not go there anymore. For others watch yourselves.

I go to the scooters in burlington, and their staff is amazing! I order the same coffee special with extra shots, 9 out of 10 times they finish saying my order before I do. I love these ladies, always amazing service, amazingly nice and polite, and so friendly! 10 stars!! Will continue going back daily and will recommend HIGHLY!! Love your favorite AutoZoner!!

I go to Scooters every day and get the exact same thing. EVERY DAY. I usually go to the Fort Madison location (I have never had a bad experience there, the employees and drinks are always wonderful). I’ve been to the Burlington location a few times and every time I go, I say I’m not going back there. But this time was the absolute worst. Megan, who claims to be a General Manager, is so completely rude. She is definitely in the wrong business. I worked at a coffee stand for 8 years and I can’t even imagine treating customers the way she does. When they didn’t make my drink correctly (the way I ordered it) she argued with me at the window for 5 minutes. I finally just told her to make my drink the correct way or give me a refund. She argued about that too. Not just arguing, but laughing. I had a $9 free drink coupon that I also used when I purchased my 2 drinks that was NOT refunded to me when I was given a refund. She was sloppy and dirty looking and stood at the window arguing with me with her hands wrapped up in her dirty shirt. Customer Service is NOT the job for you. I recommend the owners doing a review of the staff customer service and cleanliness. You are losing business because you have a GM that doesn’t know how to treat people. I will continue to give my business to the Fort Madison location.
