The CHICKEN SLINGER. The one crispy chicken sandwich that looks so delicious on the menu. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The chicken was cooked but for too long. Instead of being orange crispy brown. It' was brown dark brown. THE BUN WAS EXTREMELY HARD. And chewy. like when you. Hew gum and it's everlasting. please add water on your list also. Some people like to drink healthy !! Thank you.

I tried the pickle fries, which weren't bad, but I'm not sure I'll order those again. That's just my opinion. I know several who really love them. Sonic is always my go-to when I want something familiar, and they never disappoint regardless of which state I'm in. Great food and drinks always.

I use to love Burlington Sonic never have I been so excited to hear that we were getting a sonic but I was just scrolling through Facebook just to see photos of how absolutely disgusting it is there you can just tell there's a lack of communication in there and nobody cares that's how people become sick I'm now concerned on everybody who goes and eats there use to be one of my favorite places till I saw and heard how awful you guys treat your staff.

Filthy!! Lots of mold everywhere. Locals even toss their food out, they can tell it tastes bad. I had a corn dog and onion rings, it was ok but I was sick the next day.

As a traveler I depend on Yelp. I hope this helps anyone traveling through Burlington IA. Do not go!! Black mold, local people are complaining on being sick, service is bad. Food had a different taste or had been thrown out

I'm speaking as a Delivery driver for DoorDash. When I went to pick up two orders, I told them both names on the box and they brought out only one bag. He went back in and brought out three bags and a drink carrier with two large strawberry drinks, a shake and a strawberry shortcake. I asked what belongs to whom and he said he didn't know. We aren't allowed to go into customers bags and all restaurants are supposed to have names on sealed bags for delivery. No bags were sealed and when I delivered one order, my finger accidentally went into someone's shortcake. They are supposed to put stickers to cover those up for delivery. Oh yeah, when I told him that I'd didn't know what bags goes to whom, he went inside and came out with one receipt, gave it to me and start3d walking away. That was the most unprofessional experience I have had when picking up an order.

The wait time is absolutely unacceptable in the drive-thru if you pull up to a stall I have sat in that stall for up to 20 minutes before I yelled at another worker going to a stall.
