Kept trying to order a coffee and kept getting told they were out of a component on everything I tried to order.
I don't want to play guessing games on something as simple as ordering a coffee. Don't make it difficult to give you my money.
Gave up and walked away empty handed. This could have been made easier with something as absurdly simple as a piece of printer paper and some scotch tape showing what isn't available.

Summer was truly the best barista ever, blending not just coffee but also warmth and kindness into every cup she crafted. Her skill behind the espresso machine was unmatched, with a keen eye for detail that ensured every shot was perfectly pulled and every latte art was a tiny masterpiece. Customers didn’t just come for their caffeine fix; they came for the experience she created—a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt like a friend. She had an incredible memory for regulars’ favorite drinks and always managed to brighten their day with a smile or a quick joke. Beyond her technical prowess, Summer’s passion for coffee was contagious, inspiring those around her to appreciate the craft and care that goes into each brew. Her dedication extended beyond the counter, as she constantly sought to learn new techniques and experiment with flavors, pushing the boundaries of what a simple cup of coffee could be. In every sense, Summer was more than a barista; she was an artist, a friend, and the heart of the café.

Summer the barista was amazing
From the moment you stepped into Starbucks, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee wrapped around you like a cozy blanket. That rich, warm scent was the first hint of the deliciousness ahead, promising a treat that would awaken your senses and brighten your day.
Ordering your drink was a moment of pure anticipation. Whether it was a velvety latte, a bold espresso, or a sweet caramel macchiato, the barista crafted it with care and precision. Watching the skilled hands pour steamed milk into the coffee, creating delicate latte art, added a touch of artistry to the delicious experience.
The first sip was a revelation—the perfect balance of flavors danced on your tongue. The smooth creaminess, the subtle bitterness of the coffee, and the hint of sweetness combined to create a harmonious blend that was both comforting and invigorating. Each sip felt like a small celebration of flavor.
As you savored the drink, the warmth spread through you, lifting your spirits and energizing your mind. The deliciousness wasn’t just in the taste but in the way it made you feel—refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on whatever came next.
If you paired your drink with a pastry or snack, that added another layer of delight. The flaky, buttery texture of a croissant or the rich chocolate in a brownie complemented the coffee perfectly, making every bite a delicious adventure.
The ambiance of Starbucks—the cozy seats, soft music, and friendly chatter—enhanced the deliciousness of the moment. It wasn’t just about the drink; it was about the whole experience, a little escape from the everyday hustle.
Reflecting on the visit, the deliciousness lingered in your memory, a reminder of a perfect break in your day. It was a simple pleasure, but one that brought joy and comfort, showing how powerful good food and drink can be.
That delicious Starbucks experience wasn’t just about satisfying hunger or thirst—it was about indulging in a moment of happiness, a treat that fueled both body and soul.
So, next time you visit Starbucks, you’ll know exactly why it’s more than just coffee—it’s a delicious experience that brightens your day and keeps you coming back for more. Let’s crush this craving together!

The manager was extremely rude, I had a very bad morning that day and was ready to start my day with a cup of iced coffee, and I usually get light ice in my drinks all the times and been doing it for years with no issues, but the manager said we are not allowed to do light ice on a drink which made no sense to me at all, so as I was asking more questions she got irritated and said she’ll call the cops, I didn’t get my coffee and she completely ruined my day.

Apparently afternoon crew can only handle 1 order at a time making you wait to even place the order until the other car drives out of drive thru. Not the only time either.

I always come to this Starbucks for a little pick me up. I was planning on paying with the app so I didn’t bring my wallet. Well of course the app was not working for me to pay. Cam was so kind and sweet to me! Her and the manager on duty gave the drink to me for no cost and a pup up for my dogs! Thank you so so so much!!! The drink was amazing as always! ❤️

This may be the only stand-alone Starbucks in the area, but the customer service is top drawer! The baristas are super friendly and do their best to make sure your order is perfect. If it’s not delicious, they fix it

Definitely not as good as some of the Starbucks I have been to. I suppose I'd go to Dunn Brothers next time. I guess the lack of coffee shop culture in Burlington may be partly to blame. If good customer service is about thinking what your customer likes, their staff certainly need more training. They do not "think" about the "customer". For instance, their inside credit card reader is not working. They should tell the customer that info right away BEFORE they order (and, depending how busy drive-up is, offer to run the transaction on the drive-thru side). Another example is: the hot tea is ... naturally ... very hot. If a customer is not in a hurry to pick it up, there really is no reason to hurry the customer. Whoever wants their drink would look for it.
Parking: Parking is kind of tight as many shops are sharing the same parking area. I honestly don't know if where I park belongs to this strip or the next one.
