I always come to this Starbucks for a little pick me up. I was planning on paying with the app so I didn’t bring my wallet. Well of course the app was not working for me to pay. Cam was so kind and sweet to me! Her and the manager on duty gave the drink to me for no cost and a pup up for my dogs! Thank you so so so much!!! The drink was amazing as always! ❤️
This may be the only stand-alone Starbucks in the area, but the customer service is top drawer! The baristas are super friendly and do their best to make sure your order is perfect. If it’s not delicious, they fix it
Definitely not as good as some of the Starbucks I have been to. I suppose I'd go to Dunn Brothers next time. I guess the lack of coffee shop culture in Burlington may be partly to blame. If good customer service is about thinking what your customer likes, their staff certainly need more training. They do not "think" about the "customer". For instance, their inside credit card reader is not working. They should tell the customer that info right away BEFORE...
