If I could give this place a zero star I would. The employee was extremely rude!!!

I made an online order. After sitting at the drive through window for a couple minutes the employee tells me they are out of the crunch wrap sliders. She says is there anything we can replace them with? I said we will take a beef chalupa. We get our bag of food and drive off. My husband checked our order and we were missing a few items. While he was checking the order, one of our two orders of street chalupas were burnt. He goes in to request a new order of non burnt street chalupas and items we were missing. The employee argues with him and doesn’t want to remake the street chalupas. She says they are on a timer. Then why do we have two totally different looking orders? Either way why argue to remake them? They eventually get remade, we get one missing item which was the cinnamon twists. I paid for some queso dip. My husband asked for the queso dip and she replied we got the nacho cheese sauce instead. She said they were out. We ordered fries that came with the nacho cheese sauce and that was the only cheese sauce we received. I still never received the extra cheese sauce I paid for. My husband came outside without an extra cheese sauce and no refund because this employee wanted to argue instead of do the right thing. I went back inside and told the employee I paid for the queso dip and if you don’t have it I need a refund. She said we gave u cheese sauce with your order. The cheese sauce I received comes with the fries. (She should know the menu better than me.) I told her to just look up my order and she will see that I paid for extra cheese sauce. She then walks off to the back and yells for the manager saying that they need to go to the front saying we have an angry customer. She yells it loud enough that our customers are talking about how rude that was. At that time the manager comes up and gives me a refund. That other employee is extremely rude and unprofessional.

This Taco Bell is a scam. They don’t clean the tables and took out the drink machine so it’s not even possible to clean the tables with water. Not to mention the rude workers and how you can’t even get your own sauce packets. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated horribly in a nasty unclean environment.

I stood in line for over 20 mins before anyone even acknowledge my presents. At which point I had to vocalize my existence. I was met with extreme discust and the work said "we will be with you when we're not busy". Then I waited an additional 10mins for someone to come out of their back room to forfil my order. And after all that they managed to still get it wrong. I'm extremely unimpressed and high pissed.
