Place order in drive through. Order taker says she is going to ring order up a different way to save money, actually it charged more than what I usually pay (since I frequent this store 3 times a week and order the same thing every time). Got to the window and was telling the money taker about the difference in price. Order taker overheard and came to window and said the price has been raised. This was not shown on menu. She argues with me. I go inside place same order on kiosk. Shows price as I normally pay. I ask for a manager and the order taker comes over and says manager to busy to see me. Terrible leadership, terrible crew, and reasons for never visiting again

Sat for 40 mins inside for food as they served every door Dasher or window customer within mins but being the only dine in customer they took forever
Drive through line wait was about 25-30 min from the time I arrived to the time I pulled away from getting my food & for some reason, most times I get food through the drive through the food has hot & cold spots but when it's doordashed it's usually better. Not sure why.

Tonight we received our meal which was steak burritos cheesy fiest potato and two dorito locos tacos along with a quesadilla none of the food had any food inside of them just some lettuce on top a little bit of meat nothing really to be surprised over more of a complaint horrible service no substance inside of the food way too much money for nothing in return very disappointed and I would want a different shift to try to make my food never a night shift again

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The employee was extremely rude!!!
I made an online order. After sitting at the drive through window for a couple minutes the employee tells me they are out of the crunch wrap sliders. She says is there anything we can replace them with? I said we will take a beef chalupa. We get our bag of food and drive off. My husband checked our order and we were missing a few items. While he was checking the order, one of our two orders of street chalupas were burnt. He goes in to request a new order of non burnt street chalupas and items we were missing. The employee argues with him and doesn’t want to remake the street chalupas. She says they are on a timer. Then why do we have two totally different looking orders? Either way why argue to remake them? They eventually get remade, we get one missing item which was the cinnamon twists. I paid for some queso dip. My husband asked for the queso dip and she replied we got the nacho cheese sauce instead. She said they were out. We ordered fries that came with the nacho cheese sauce and that was the only cheese sauce we received. I still never received the extra cheese sauce I paid for. My husband came outside without an extra cheese sauce and no refund because this employee wanted to argue instead of do the right thing. I went back inside and told the employee I paid for the queso dip and if you don’t have it I need a refund. She said we gave u cheese sauce with your order. The cheese sauce I received comes with the fries. (She should know the menu better than me.) I told her to just look up my order and she will see that I paid for extra cheese sauce. She then walks off to the back and yells for the manager saying that they need to go to the front saying we have an angry customer. She yells it loud enough that our customers are talking about how rude that was. At that time the manager comes up and gives me a refund. That other employee is extremely rude and unprofessional.
