Was wandering around downtown and stumbled onto this place. Ordered a small dark coffee. Service was good. They have an area downstairs to sit that's quite cozy. Good free WIFI. Coffee had a unique taste like I'd never had before. Friendly staff.

BeanCounter may be my most favorite coffee shop that I have ever set foot in. From the genuinely hospitable staff to the thoughtfully curated environment this team really shines.

Not sure if/when I’ll ever be in Burlington again, but I would genuinely come back to town just for this place!!! It’s adorable inside and the food was amazing. Very fresh, healthy, and filling. We LOVED the breakfast burrito and the oatmeal was delicious also!

We went there for the first time the other day. Ordered 2 peach smoothies. We weren't told that bananas go into every smoothie until after we paid for them. Customers should be told that incase of allergies. I hate bananas and it hardly had any peach flavor to it. Both were thrown into the garbage. Not impressed at all.

The Beancounter has always been a favorite in our family. They have now catered two events for us… and I can only imagine there will be more in our future! :) It’s always been an excellent spot for a coffee, snack, adult beverage, or a delicious meal, or a sweet treat. They even love dogs as much as I do… and that’s A LOT. I could never say enough good things about this business, the way it’s ran, and the wonderful people who run it. You won’t be disappointed if you get the chance to stop in. Especially if you snag a banana bar ;)
Edit: regardless of which drinks they were, we had 4 basically all syrup drinks, and I can't imagine anyone could have choked those down without getting diabetes. We threw them all away completely full. And our entire order was almost $50. To make it right, I would want a refund on the 4 drinks and the hard as a rock cookie that also went uneaten.
Spent $50 on 4 bobba drinks that are basically syrup and so sweet we all couldn't drink them. The cookie was hard as a brick. They forgot to even make the pretzels, and I had to remind them to make them. When finally brought to us, there was a sugary dipping sauce worse than the bobba drinks and no marinara that was ordered. A waste of money. A waste of time. Left hungry.
