From the outside you have no clue what a nice gem it is on the inside. The food is delish and the service is good. They had football on so for us that was good. Loved the cherry flavored beer, really something else!

Stopped in on a Thursday evening while traveling through. Was excited to find out the special was New York Strip. Downside.. it came with fries. Would give 5 stars if they offered your choice of potato since fries & steak aren’t a normal combination. Although this is my preference, the food was still good!

On the road for work and wanted a meal to pick up and take back to the hotel. Did a quick google and landed on the Buffalo Tavern. I ordered online went then headed to go pick up. It was waiting for me when I got there with a pen to sign the receipt. When I got back to the room to eat I was blown away with how delicious the steak quesadilla with mushrooms and the loaded baked potato tasted. We exceeded my expectations. Well, definitely go back to try something different later in my stay. Well done Buffalo Tavern. Some of the best Burlington has to offer in my opinion. But I am from Illinois so what do I know? Ha!

Doesn't look like much from the outside and kind of small on the inside but very nice and everything we got was excellent. We got the Big Ass tenderloin and buffalo wings and we'll definitely be coming back!
Tried this long time establishment after seeing good reviews, two things that are important. I had the buffalo chicken tacos, not my typical choice. Fantastic, you have to try the sauce. Service was awesome, Heather took care of us. Not a fancy place, old worn out tablecloths, and so on. It's a bar, you want great food I highly recommend, Five Stars!
