We have ordered subs from the Italian forever. One sub took a large pizza box. Today we ordered 3 subs and we got 3 take out boxes. The chicken bacon ranch was a huge sub. Today it was an over cooked chicken strip in a large sub bun. So disappointed in The Italian now. I paid $45 for three subs. We won’t don’t this again. I’m sorry for the Italian, clearly things have gone down hill.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took almost 2 hours to get our food and then they didn’t even send the full order. Called to complain and she said she would have to call me back in 20 minutes. Are you kidding me?? And before that they called after the food should have already been here to say they ran out of bacon so could I pick a different sandwich. Spent over 70 dollars for this terrible service. WOW
