I would not recommend using this company for a fundraiser. Our experience was disappointing and frustrating. Orders were incorrect, and some customers didn’t receive all of the products they paid for. There were inconsistencies in the sizes of the pizzas, advertising on their fundraiser sheet, and overall, the process was very unorganized. When we reached out to customer service for help, the situation was not handled appropriately. We were embarrassed to distribute the fundraising items due to the lack of quality and coordination. Including a photo on size difference when both customers paid same price. Also quality was not the best.

I have never tried a freshly made pizza from The Italian, but I don’t recommend their fundraiser. My daughter’s high school recently did a fundraiser with them. I was one of the fortunate ones who got my complete order, but several of the students didn’t and still have not. My experience is the quality of the pizzas was sub par. Certainly nothing like what is advertised with freshly made pizzas. I don’t expect the same quality with a frozen pizza, but it wasn’t even close. A $5 pizza from Little Caesars has them beat hands down! Several of my friends who purchased pizzas expressed their disappointment in the quality of the food. I was embarrassed that we had asked them to support this fundraiser.

About to place another order tonight, on an average I think I order once a week or once every 2 weeks. If I could afford it, I'd order from two or three times a week, lol. If someone hasn't tried it they need to and if something isn't right that you ordered I know they'll make it up to you. They have great excellent customer service, great delivery service, and their food is amazing. I haver never been disappointed except when they ran out of fries one time trying to make them homemade they weren't bad I actually enjoyed them when I didn't think I would. Like I said these people go out of their way to make everyone happy!!! Not sure what I'm ordering tonight I have only had the Italian sub and I've ordered the lasagna a few times thinking about changing up tonight but just not sure yet might try the Chicago style pizza like I said if you haven't ordered from here you need to!!! Wanted to add photos of a few orders I have made a couple of times!!! The Italian sub which comes with Audrey sauce and crinkle fries and then a couple of times I ordered lasagna, I got extra garlic bread which is their homemade bread it is so good. Okay hope you all order, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy y'all !!!?❤️?

Ordered six pizzas on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday. Got confirmation email saying the order would be delivered as such. Come Wednesday and it has not arrived by said time. Called the number and it says they're closed. Went to google and under their website it says something went wrong and click on the tracking. Order did not go through. An email should have been sent saying it didn't go through. Very poor business etiquette.
