I would not recommend using this company for a fundraiser. Our experience was disappointing and frustrating. Orders were incorrect, and some customers didn’t receive all of the products they paid for. There were inconsistencies in the sizes of the pizzas, advertising on their fundraiser sheet, and overall, the process was very unorganized. When we reached out to customer service for help, the situation was not handled appropriately. We were embarrassed to distribute the fundraising items due to the lack of quality and coordination. Including a photo on size difference when both customers paid same price. Also quality was not the best.

I have never tried a freshly made pizza from The Italian, but I don’t recommend their fundraiser. My daughter’s high school recently did a fundraiser with them. I was one of the fortunate ones who got my complete order, but several of the students didn’t and still have not. My experience is the quality of the pizzas was sub par. Certainly nothing like what is advertised with freshly made pizzas. I don’t expect the same quality with a frozen pizza, but it wasn’t even close. A $5 pizza from Little Caesars has them beat hands down! Several of my friends who purchased pizzas expressed their disappointment in the quality of the food. I was embarrassed that we had asked them to support this fundraiser.
