Staff ( female) was loud and not that friendly... Food was just so so... I asked for a sweet BBQ dipping sauce & she brought me what looked like Heinz 57 in a plastic cup.. Smelled like vinegar..
There was a table of 3 ( sitting) already waiting... we waited approx 40 minutes ☹️... about 4 others came in after...
You clean up after yourself.. I wasn't impressed... 2 people spent Aprx $30.. I threw more than 1/2 away...🤮

First time I came to this place they forgot to give me a order and had to go back for it. Second time, noticed like 3 people waiting for their order, so I proceed to placed my order and cashier told me it was going to take 25-30 minutes for my order to be ready. 🤦

So, I’ve never been to a Wingstop as poorly staffed or managed as this one. The front of the restaurant was dirty as were most of the tables in the ‘dining room’. The cashier was sullen and barely acknowledged us. We sat for around 30 minutes before getting our food, while online orders and DoorDash orders got filled and taken out (though not always correctly judging by people coming back in). At no point did anyone come out to communicate the status of our order or why it was taking so long and then when we got our food it was stone cold and practically not worth eating. The staff that I could see were standing around on their phones or disappeared into the back. I will absolutely not be coming back and recommend anyone else to go to BWWs or literally anywhere else!

For a wing place it had everything you needed to enjoy wings. I mean wings are usually a take home item for me and my family so we did not have a dine in experience. The food is top notch. They helped us immediately. Got out the door in 15 mins after ordering in store. Great stuff!

So I love Wingstop but won’t ever go back which makes me sad. The place is always dirty from counter to pop area and glass door. The man with a long beard is not good without a net. Imagine if his beard hair was falling in your food. When employees weren’t busy they are all on their phones. One time 3 employees in back all on phones they don’t wipe tables down the just take the trays off. Dear god if your not busy clean the simple things up. Fill ketchup hand wipes just your basics things. It’s just sad. The people who take money don’t wash their hands ever. Just so sad. The only good thing is they are friendly but lazy!!!

Food was great, only thing is that our sandwich didn’t have any pickles but service was fantastic. Sam was incredibly helpful and efficient and helped correct the mistake.
