I was there on Friday(12-6-19), and the only thing I was impressed with was the building. I ordered a spicy Italian and the only thing I was asked was if I wanted a foot long or 6 inch. I wasn’t asked what cheese I wanted, they put shredded mozzarella. They heated it and didn’t ask if I wanted it heated or toasted. And they put so much garlic butter that there was a pool of orange grease on the bottom of the sandwich. This could be the quality of the meats. This was one of the worst experiences I had at this food chain.

An unclean looking fellow made two sandwiches for me today. I asked to have cucumbers on one of them, and he put the two freaking smallest pieces on there. This was very unpleasing. What made my experience even more traumatic, was the fact that I had to ask for my free cookie. It is free cookie day, I shouldn't have to ask for what I deserve.

This is honestly the first subway that I wasn't able to use my American express card. Besides that they really didn't listen to what my step son was ordering. If I could give them a zero I would.

My husband went to get sandwiches for our family of 4. We usually buy subway about 4 times a month. This was the worst store ever. He ordered 4 footlongs, so this girl who was African American smashed the bread, on two sandwiches, was to be light lettuce but had it caked on. Said no pickle but ended up with a handful. She didn't even heat the steak. My husband brought all this up to her and she didn't care, he asked for a manager, not one there, ask for a contact number and she she said no. I am not happy. She said she wrote our number down and they will call us. No one called and it's been a week. By the way they left the sandwiches and are at the train station instead.
