We had U-2 BBQ cater our wedding and we are so glad we did! The food was so good, and we got so many compliments! We would definitely recommend the rack of pork and the baby red potatoes- SO GOOD! It isn't often guests rave about buffet wedding food, but we had so many tell us how good it was! The staff was excellent. They served the head table and did an excellent job. So happy we chose U-2 BBQ for our wedding day. Thanks so much!
