Stopped here after flying in from Seattle (I am a small town Iowa native). It was exactly what I expected and needed it to be to welcome me home. We only got moderate stares from the locals lol. Service was hit or miss but nothing terrible. Food was fantastic and fast once we got someone to take the order. Solid joint with a Tiki vibe.
Ive been here on and off for the last 4 years and I used to love this place so much. With the new ownership I'm not a fan of the new fries, the Texas toast is thinner, more oily, less bacon and the BLT just didn't hit like it used too. Highly recommend going back to the way it was made previously.
If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Sister’s Place —this small-town gem is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. The bartenders know their craft, mixing classic cocktails and serving local brews with a smile.
