Sky Bar & Grill is a great addition to the area, located inside the Prairie Flower Casino near the Omaha airport. It is an adults-only restaurant as entry is through the casino. The space is a clean, open restaurant with a modern view and a large, dedicated parking lot at no cost. The atmosphere is nice and quiet for conversation, with tons of big screen TVs showing sports without being too loud.

The menu offers great staples and super specials, with a clear focus put back on the food. Prices are very reasonable and great for the current times, with items like a Chicken Fried Steak plate or a burger combo for $12, $5 beers, and good house wine. Specific dishes enjoyed include the BBQ pork over French fries, the pork tenderloin sandwich, the Prairie Flower Burger, meatloaf dinner, pot roast in a bread bowl with gouda mashed potatoes, bison bolognese, and sweet chili pork Mac n cheese. Salads are fresh with mixed greens. Desserts are a highlight, especially the Pettit's Donut Bread Pudding, described as a game changer, along with delicious chocolate cake and berry compote cheesecake.

Service can be inconsistent, described as a little spotty or fantastic at times, with occasional slow drink service and long waits for food. However, management demonstrates top-tier customer service, proactively addressing issues.
