“Moskis continuously exceeds expectations, from hospitality to the tase of great BBQ, this establishment is sure to meet or go beyond expectations. Brice, Shannan & Co really care about their image and quality of food and it shows, the dining areas and bathrooms are always very clean. Meat is smoked fresh and ran until sold out, so you know you are getting fresh food, not something thats been reheated. Brice is probably one of the most friendliest gentleman ive come across, always says hello and ask how your day is going, makes sure to check up on you while eating, and always answers any questions i have on how to make my own smoked food better as well. I am from dubuque, and as its not a very far drive to cascade, but there is still no hesitation to go when Moskis crosses my mind. You cant go wrong with any menu item, as im sure whatever you get will have you craving more!“
