“Absolutely Phenomenal – Your Holidays Need Moski’s! If you are looking for someone to handle your holiday cooking, look no further than Moski's BBQ in Cascade. You will not be disappointed! We first decided to let them handle the heavy lifting for Thanksgiving in 2024 with their smoked turkey, and it was outstanding. It was so good that we immediately placed another order for Christmas that same year—this time for their mouth-watering prime rib. Naturally, we have already ordered the smoked turkey again for Thanksgiving this year, and we will more than likely be ordering for Christmas again, too. It has become a delicious family tradition we look forward to. Aside from their incredible holiday offerings, their regular menu is amazing. They feature everything from tender ribs to perfectly smoked brisket, but the real star of the show might be the sides. OMG—I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese. It is nothing short of magical. If you can’t make the drive out to Cascade, be sure to track their truck to find a location near you. Give Moski’s a try and I assure you, they will not disappoint!“
