Good ice cream but poor service. I get it's busy and summer but I couldn't get napkins and may I make a suggestion...... LIDS, just and idea!!

Honestly, I’m confused as to why there were red pieces in my ice cream when I asked for cookie dough. I would understand if it were other candies that accidentally got mixed in; however, the larger pieces would not break no matter how hard I tried to cut them, almost like plastic. I’m really hoping there wasn’t plastic in my food because I did eat the ice cream—I bought it after all and am not too fond of wasting money. After reading other reviews about styrofoam being missing from cups, this place doesn’t seem too appetizing anymore. (There were more red pieces that aren’t shown in the photo, particularly the larger fragment that I bit into making me realize something was wrong).
Can’t beat their ice cream! Only complaint was that they were so busy it took 10 minutes just to place our order. We will absolutely be returning though because it was just that good.
