Honestly, I’m confused as to why there were red pieces in my ice cream when I asked for cookie dough. I would understand if it were other candies that accidentally got mixed in; however, the larger pieces would not break no matter how hard I tried to cut them, almost like plastic. I’m really hoping there wasn’t plastic in my food because I did eat the ice cream—I bought it after all and am not too fond of wasting money. After reading other reviews about styrofoam being missing from cups, this place doesn’t seem too appetizing anymore. (There were more red pieces that aren’t shown in the photo, particularly the larger fragment that I bit into making me realize something was wrong).

I don’t understand why this place is so popular. The ice cream is ok, but not memorable. Their blizzard like treat does not have enough topping to add flavor. Several times I have ordered one and it’s basically just a cup full of vanilla ice cream. Maybe if I would order 5 toppings it would have some kind of flavor.
