“Stopped in Monday evening and I got a flight. All were enjoyable. The Irish Red ended up being my favorite. The owner was pleasant professional and very informative about his beers. Came back couple nights later to get a pint of the Irish Red and bartender was of the same demeanor. I ordered food this time. The Chicken tacos with caramelized onions yellow peppers sprouts and cilantro with a mango, ginger and hot sauce. Delicious!! Local neighborhood vibe I can’t think of any reason not to come in and come back!”

“The best experience! Accommodated our request for a private dining area for the four of us after a small private wedding. It was set up so beautifully! I wish I would have asked the name of our server, she was amazing and deserved the cash tip we left. The service is the best by far in the area, and the food was delicious from our appetizers (shared plates) to our entrees. My now husband said his steak tonight was better than what we had at Hells Kitchen in Miami. Thank you again Montage, this topped off making our wedding day and dinner perfect!”

“I had the Steak Cheese Cheesesteak and Russ had 1/2 Asian Zing and Salt/Vinegar bone in wings. They were all delicious choices. I liked the salty tang of the dry rub. The cheesecake was also good, nothing fancy, but a nice sweet treat. Our wait staff, Sonni, was great!!”

“Every time I’m asked what my favorite pizza place is, I say Urban Pie. While the only protein option is plant-based chicken, their vegan pizza menu is EXTENSIVE. My favorite is the Not So Crabby Rangoon with plant-based chicken, but everything I’ve tried has been absolutely heavenly. Perfectly baked crust, unique options you can’t get anywhere else - you can’t go wrong.”

I understand that late in the evening it gets more lively with the college students. It was very pleasant, the bartender was friendly, the environment was peaceful at that time of day. The other bar patrons were friendly. They have comfortable upholstered bar stools as well as table seating. There are bags of snacks that you can buy.”

“I’ve spent some of my best nights Cypress, a staple of downtown cf and my favorite bar. Over the last 9 years since I’ve quit drinking I’ve asked for mocktails/ virgin drinks and gotten countless weird/ confused looks from bartenders at other local establishments and usually end up with a Shirley temple (no hate to Shirley, but sometimes a gal needs variety!) When I told the girls Saturday night to make me anything I was sooooo stunned and happy to get a virgin MULE! Fancy cup and all!! Those gorgeous young ladies made my night! I stayed til bar close like I was in my 20’s again. I was a life long customer for the nostalgia alone but I’m even more in love with the place than I was when I was drinking.”

There's always a cheap beer for those with just a few bucks in their pocket; and plenty of crafts for a few bucks more. They recently expanded their space adding some food items in the process. Popcorn is always available for those with munchies. Lots of regulars for sure. Guests should feel welcome. If you don't bump into a friend...you can quickly make one at the bar. When I first arrived, it wasn't very busy, but shortly after, a crowd came in and there was about a 5- to 10-minute wait in line. Despite the rush, the staff remained super customer-friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout.
As a vegetarian, I’m always a bit anxious about what options will be available, but the staff member was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. He customized a delicious wrap with cheese and fresh vegetables in the exact proportions I requested, topping it off with a fantastic combination of honey mustard and pepper sauce that made it super flavor-packed. Paired with a fountain Mountain Dew, it made for a satisfying and refreshingly good meal.
If you are in the area, this location is definitely worth checking out for clean food and friendly service. Highly recommended!”

“We went to Mulligan's in Cedar Falls Friday night. I wish I could remember the name of our server so I could call her out. We ordered a hamburger, mushroom and green pepper calzone. When it came out, it was ham instead of hamburger. We brought it to our server's attention and she immediately apologized and said she felt really bad about the mistake. She asked if we wanted her to take it abck and make the correct one. We said no and that we were fine with this one. And she apologized once again. She came back as we were finishing and asked how our meal was and again apologized. We told her it was not a big deal and asked for our bill. She came back with our bill and a pizza box. She said that she got the manager to give us the wrong calzone at half price AND give us the correct one at no charge. And she yet again apologized for the mistake. This right here folks is a business that cares about their customers' satisfaction. And this server (I sure wish I could remember her name) is an example of going the extra mile. Despite the mistake, we tipped her more than we normally do. Definitely will be back to Mulligans many more times.”

“I’ve had consistently great experiences with this Subway. I’ve been both a customer and a delivery driver, so I’ve seen things from both sides, and this location does a great job taking care of people.

The staff recognizes me when I come in, and more than once they’ve gone above and beyond by bringing the order out to the entryway as they see me walking in because they already know why I’m there. They also do a great job communicating when an order isn’t quite ready instead of leaving me waiting and wondering.

Small things like that make a big difference, especially as a delivery driver where time matters. It’s clear the employees here care about providing good service, and I appreciate the effort they put in. This is the kind of customer service that makes me happy to keep coming back.”
