“It's a nice enough place. Low key. One pool table. Four or so 'wheremymoneygo' gambling machines. Besides that you have numerous t.v.s with various sporty things to amuse or disappoint as you sip some time away. It's a locals bar but welcoming to all. Service is generally good and they stock the usual when it comes to booze and beer. Generally an older/mature crowd that can hold their alcohol for the most part.“
“Enjoyed my first visit to Berk's. We were there in the late afternoon and it was mostly an older crowd like ourselves. I understand that late in the evening it gets more lively with the college students. It was very pleasant, the bartender was friendly, the environment was peaceful at that time of day. The other bar patrons were friendly. They have comfortable upholstered bar stools as well as table seating. There are bags of snacks that you can buy.“

However, the server informed us about the long wait for food beforehand, so I greatly appreciated that.All in all, it's a decent place for a beer and a meal if in the area. “We had a large party celebrating my mom's 90th birthday (23 people). They set us up perfectly so we could all talk to each other, and everyone in the place was warm and welcoming. The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend this place for anyone, including large parties.
