we are long time patrons of Applebee's, mostly at the Cedar Falls location. the food is top notch, and the service is awesome. to night we were blessed to have Mady (manager) and Saturn as our hosts. They were busy tonight but never let our glass go dry or our food to be late. These two ladies did an awesome job and employees such as these two keep us coming back.
I went with an 8oz sirloin(medium) with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. My husband chose the California Grilled Salad. Our server, Lexi, was kind informative and very professional.
The food was very good. My waitress was pleasant and my food came out in a timely manner. However, I wasnt checked on once. Not asked how my meal was, not offered a refill on my drink. Disappointing.

Applebee's Grill + Bar is a welcoming restaurant with exceptional service. The servers are incredibly personable and efficient, anticipating customers' needs and providing quick assistance. The food is delicious, and the service is great, making it a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal. Late night specials are also a highlight.
The staff is always very welcoming and takes the time to have an actual conversation. Customers have had a lovely dining experience, enjoying delicious meals like the quesadilla burger. The servers, such as Kayla and Quincy, have been described as hilarious, nice, and an absolute "G," providing excellent service and accommodating any changes without any problem.
