About Arby's

Arby's in the university area of Cedar Falls offers a great experience with gluten-free options. Customers enjoy the Big Game Burger and flavorful roast beef sandwiches. While the service can be a bit inconsistent, the staff is generally friendly and efficient. Recently, some customers noted that the ordering experience was pleasant, particularly with the employee taking orders. However, a couple of employees were described as unprofessional, with one in a bad mood during a conversation with a possible manager at the counter. Additionally, the restaurant's cleanliness has been pointed out, especially concerning the restrooms and floors, which felt sticky in some areas. Although the fries were praised for being fresh, some customers found that the sandwiches could be overly sauced, leading to soggy buns. Overall, Arby's continues to be known for its tasty food options, though improvements in service quality and cleanliness could enhance the dining experience.
