Based on the reviews, Crumbl serves fresh cookies that are absolutely amazing and some of the best from a chain brand. The variety of cookies every week is great, with a new flavor weekly that is very good. The cookie size to price was kind of crazy, but the taste was good. The customer service is super amazing, with employees who are super nice and have positive attitudes, even close to closing time. The Kiosk ordering system was fun, and the process was smooth. The cookies are a lot to eat for just one person, so it is worth having once to share the experience.
