“We went to Mulligan's in Cedar Falls Friday night. I wish I could remember the name of our server so I could call her out. We ordered a hamburger, mushroom and green pepper calzone. When it came out, it was ham instead of hamburger. We brought it to our server's attention and she immediately apologized and said she felt really bad about the mistake. She asked if we wanted her to take it abck and make the correct one. We said no and that we were fine with this one. And she apologized once again. She came back as we were finishing and asked how our meal was and again apologized. We told her it was not a big deal and asked for our bill. She came back with our bill and a pizza box. She said that she got the manager to give us the wrong calzone at half price AND give us the correct one at no charge. And she yet again apologized for the mistake. This right here folks is a business that cares about their customers' satisfaction. And this server (I sure wish I could remember her name) is an example of going the extra mile. Despite the mistake, we tipped her more than we normally do. Definitely will be back to Mulligans many more times.“

“We come to peppers frequently and today we had a waiter named Jake that provided us amazing service! He was on top of everything and even offered us an extra sauce cup to take home with the rest of our meal that was left over. The food was great too!“

“This place has it all. Fun place to hang out. Great food! Cold drinks. It was afternoon and I had not had lunch, I was thinking about a burger but asked the bartender, his recommendation. He said the burrito and curly chips for the side, great choice! It was so good, burrito had so much flavor and the chips were perfect. Just what I need today. Five star. I will back again and again!“

“We were hiking on the Sargeant Road Trail as part of our walk across the country, and it was the day before Labor Day so the only place to eat in Hudson that was open was the Federal Pub. So we decided to go there for pizza and beer, plus we called in advance and the bartender told us that they are hiker-friendly, would let us charge our devices and fill our waters. Cool! We had a good time chatting with the locals, the food was delicious, and it was nice that they served it with a complimentary bowl of snacks kind of like Chex mix. I like how they offer mini pitchers of beer (32oz) for $5. We had a nice time.“
