Insomnia Cookies is a restaurant that offers a variety of cookies, including mini and large-sized options. Customers can order through the app and can become rewards members. However, there have been recent issues with missing items in orders. The restaurant has offered refunds and resolutions when notified of the missing items. The restaurant also offers a self-service option for frozen yogurt and toppings.
The restaurant has a casual and low-key atmosphere and is a convenient option for a quick dessert, either to eat there or to take out. The cookies are generally enjoyed by customers, although there have been some issues with delivery and complete orders. It is recommended to double-check orders when picking them up to ensure accuracy.
