Asian Fusion Reviews
Very disappointed. Went there for a birthday dinner party of 4. Sat in waiting area for 30 minutes for our name to be called and never moved. Finally went to hostess to inquire and they said our name had already been called while we were sitting there and we would have to put our name on the list again. Extremely unprofessional.
Completely disappointed in our last meal we had for take out! The ginger salad dressing consistency was like water, completely bland. I had salmon and it was bland. No seasoning on it. The noodles and veggies were bland too. We paid for extra yum yum sauce and we had half full small containers. Menu
Asian Fusion is a go-to spot for pho lovers in the area. The chicken satay is fabulous, featuring a delicious peanut sauce and cucumber vinegar salad. The brisket pho is a must-try, with generous portions and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth has complex flavors that add depth to the soup, although some diners noted that the broth is on the lighter side. The restaurant's decor is reminiscent of places in Vietnam, creating a unique atmosphere. While the food is mostly enjoyable, some dishes may feel like a watered-down version of traditional Asian cuisine. The Vietnamese coffee is pre-brewed, and the service can be slow at times. One reviewer mentioned that communication for takeout orders can be challenging, leading to confusion. However, there are positive experiences too, as some diners found the service helpful when navigating the menu. Overall, Asian Fusion offers a mixed experience for those craving Asian flavors, with highlights including the Papaya Salad and Firecracker Shrimp appetizer, as well as the Korean BBQ short ribs and Pad Thai. Some customers noted issues like unpleasant smells in certain areas and unexpected charges for takeout containers. Despite these concerns, many appreciate having a good Asian Fusion restaurant in the Cedar Valley.
