I have eaten at this restaurant 3x since I moved to Cedar Falls, and I now feel confident on where to rate this. I have had their food dine in and takeout.Pros:Their Fried Rices are really good! It’s got a good amount of a simple, but delicious flavor. One of the better fried rices in the area for sure.Their Pho is decent/okay. You’re honestly pretty limited in options for pho in the Cedar Valley, so it stands atop a very short list.Cons:Their Thai tea is sickeningly sweet. My sugar addicted wife couldn’t take the sweetness and watered it down to finish itTheir Thai Red Curry is pathetic. It had exactly (without any bit of exaggeration) four thin strips of chicken, 3 pieces of bell pepper, 2 wilty Thai basil, some bamboo shoots, some onion, and a lot of minimally flavored liquid. The Pad See Ew was part of a pick up order, which could be the cause? But regardless the noodles were chewy to the point of being almost inedible. I think they were just undercooked because you would think they would almost more mushy or gluey if it sat out too long, but instead it was rubbery beyond belief. All in all, it’s probably just better to skip unless you need some fried rice. I try to give every place a chance which is why I waited til three dining experiences to decide, but i got more disappointed each time. Prices don’t match portions and the food mostly lacks flavor and feels a bit dull. It’s still food, just not great.

Ordered the Yellow Curry because I really enjoy potatoes in my curry. When it arrived it came without the potatoes. I called the waitress to inquire and was told they were out of potato. Had I had known this before I was served I would old have opted for a different dish. I was not given that option. The crab ragoon was “very” crunchy on the outside and doughy/raw tasting on the inside.

We were in town today visit I witnessed a roach crawling by a table by us we got up and cancelled our order and told the waitress that I saw one crawling by and she didn't seem surprised at all and once we walked towards the exit there was another one crawling by the front desk and I pointed at it and another waiter just stared at it and looked away and didn't say a word! So we ran out and felt disgusted by it! I can't imagine their kitchen! ?

The pho and bun bo hue is not it, rather eat ramen noodles than their noodle soups. The waitress was nice but literally, there was no one in the restaurant except my small group and they took kinda long to bring the food and drinks out. This asian restaurant is okay for a small town though, I mean it's all they really have for a pho place.

Food is bad. Just don't bother with it. Crab Rangoon was the best part. Flavor. Place is embarrassing for the Asian culture. Makes us look bad.

This was my first time trying pho, and I was absolutely delighted. First, we had crab ragoon, and it was a bit sweet for my tastes, but my daughter, who prefers it sweet, really loved it. Then we both ordered the brisket pho. We received a very, very generous portion. It was too much to eat, yet I wish I could have eaten it all because it was so yummy! The complex flavors of the broth gave the soup great depth of flavor, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend Asian Fusion to everyone!

Like how spacious the place is. And all the beautiful decor of places in Vietnam, I believe.Food is Edible but the place is a poor representation of Asian dishes, especially with Thai and Vietnamese dishes that we tried here.Food is quite a bit water down version of a decent Asian cuisine. For Vietnamese filter/ drop coffee, they will give you pre-brewed coffee though they placed it in a typical Vietnamese coffee filter, yet it pours down in seconds, and follows is all the coffee power residue.Service is a bit slow though the restaurant was not busy as we came at about 2pm.Had a hard time understand our server and to get her understand our order.Shared our experience here with some Asian friends who have dined here and sadly to say they agreed 100%. They never came back.

Not a lot of options for ethnic restaurants in the Cedar Valley and Asian Fusion takes care of a couple of them under one roof I suppose. When entering AF the first thing I noticed was the smeared glass of poor cleaning attempts that many businesses fail to notice these days which for me raises my awareness to the overall cleanliness of a restaurant or anyplace for that matter. We were sat at a booth in timely fashion in what I would call a mishmash of 70’s and 80’s dining decor that gave the room a stale Goodwill ascetic. Our server was on point and efficient. AFs menu is mixture of Asian cultures with some bland Iowa presentation to average everything out. My egg roll salad came in at 13$ and wasn’t nearly as good as I’ve had elsewhere with noodles encompassing most of the bowl and greens hardly noticeable. The egg roll was was bland with a Sysco texture. Not a bad meal nor really tasty. Just kind of hanging out in the of pallet road. I’ll probably wander in for a lunch visit sometime but I don’t feel the need to ‘hurry’ back. Enjoy!

I live in Houston and was here visiting my sister. This place was clean and service was good. I ordered the chicken pho and fresh spring rolls. My mom ordered the steak pho and brother yellow curry. We all enjoyed our food. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find a place with some authentic Vietnamese tasting dishes in Iowa. I would highly recommend.
