The third time in a row I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and my traditional wings were extremely small, 3 of the 6 wings were Cornish hen size. Barely worth eating. Bartender was not very attentive

Ask for an appetizer and waitress didn't get plates on the table, neither silverware, your silverware set is so nasty with white stains, get your workers to dry it with some napkins to look cleaners, China buffet give cleaner silverware and it is more cheaper.

Why is service always so slow? We've gone twice in the last three years because we had gift cards to use. Before that, I hadn't gone for a few years because the service was slow then as well. Each time, food takes at least an hour to get. The menu isn't that expansive that chicken wings (traditional or boneless) should take that long to cook. Our waitress brought my toddler's mac and cheese out within 5 minutes of us placing our order, but that didn't help much when we didn't get our meals for an hour. Last night was the last time we will be dining in. The wings were good once we received them, though.
Also, my toddler was upset there was no buffalo.

The place was not busy, there appeared to be sufficient staff but we waited 20 minutes or more before anyone asked us for our drink order. It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks as the bartender was preoccupied with her phone. The waitress didn't ask for our food order until I waved her down long after the drinks finally arrived. When our food arrived, it was cold. I was hoping for a better experience. I won't waist my money trying it again.

Even when they aren’t busy I always have to wait at least 10 min longer than estimated wait times and half the time the food is cold when I get it which means it was probably just sitting in the back while I wait forever.

This is the second time we have had a poor experience. We placed our order (some wings and a kid's hamburger) 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up (by phone with a team member). My husband showed up to pick up our order and they had not even started it. The same thing happened 2 months ago as well when we used the app to order online. Then they told me that we should have called our order in instead. I have tried to be patient and talk to the manager each time. Last time they said we can give you a soda while you wait. This time they said how about a coupon for 6 free wings. I do not want a coupon when I do not plan to return when you have failed twice at reasonable customer service. If you cannot fulfill your current orders, stop taking new ones. There are a lot of businesses short staffed currently and yet I have not had the same negative experiences at other restaurants in the areas. I have tried to be understanding but it is difficult when they continue to have the same issues.

Upon my arrival I placed a order @11:45 pm and it said it would be ready for pick up 12:11am but instead when I arrived @12:35am my meal wasn’t ready and my meal was originally 15 boneless wings and 5 tenders and fries I only received 9 wings and 3 tenders and it was a mixture of garlic parmesan and bbq but instead the bbq sauce was on the side instead of mixed in on the wings highly dissatisfied with my meal it was threw together and wasn’t correct

I have been here multiple times, this by far was the worse, the fact that there is never a host to greet us when we walk in. It took 10 mins for our waitress to greet us, our waitress never said her name just asked what Pepsi drinks we wanted, my salad (which tasted from a bag and clearly hidden valley ranch) arrived before my drink, Then 10 mins later our wine arrived, 30 plus mins our food arrived it was room temp like it's been sitting there for a hot minute and I feel like I got yesterday's wings recooked. My husband was ready to leave the second my salad came out. I work at a very high high standered restaurant and would have gotten better service going burger King

Resturant was dirty. Service was very poor. Wasn’t very busy when we stopped and it took over a half hour to get our food that wasn’t very warm. The only plus it was quiet and not pitch black like other BWW I’ve been to.
Food was disgusting. We had regular and bone less wings. The bone wings were hard and dry. The fries were straw like fries. Only reason we came in was my husband got a gift card to your restaurant for Christmas. We won't be back. The place was so cold inside were were cold with our coats on.

Have been here maybe 6 times in the past 6 months and the service is very spotty. Sometimes wings are poorly tossed, or mixed together so you cant tell what is what on the platter. The last visit they forgot to put in our order. Today they must have forgotten to bring it out since the wait was abnormally long and the food cold. The waitress never made an opportunity for us to ask about it. I'm highly questioning my desire to go back at this point.
