I dont really eat at the restaurant but I get take out very often. Today I ordered my usual 20 traditional wings with Caribbean jerk. I got there and it was just coming out perfect timing. I got home and there was only 10 wing. Very sad for me but manageable. I called up to see what could be done seeing as I live in another town. A very nice man named Hunter answered and he went above and beyond and understood how it could be frustrating. Mind u I was very polite about it. He refunded me half my check and apologized many times. %100 recomend the cedar falls bww they are fast friendly and hunter is the best!!!!

I love BW3s and frequent many locations across the Midwest as I’m traveling for work. This location gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. The place was less than 1/4 full on a Friday at 1 pm. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to bring water to 3 of us. We each ordered a beer and it took another 10 minutes to get those. When the beer came we said we were ready to order. The waitress left for another 10 minutes. After we placed our order it took 30 minutes to get our food. An hour from when we sat down! The wings were uncharacteristically dry. What’s going on with this location?!?

Food is good as always, but went to lunch with my son and he loves the Mac & cheese with Friday (kids menu item). And as always we ordered it and I went to my rewards to use for it, as I have done on many occasions, but Apparently after clicking the Mac & Cheese and using my rewards I was told that it’s no longer a rewards to kids menu items but a “side dish” and that we have to pay extra for the fries still. What’s the point of having rewards if I still have to pay extra for the items???

Tonight had the BEER CHEESE CHEESESTEAK, very little cheese, flavor and was nothing like the picture. A horrible sandwich avoid.

Terrible. Waited for over 1.5 hrs for our food. It's boneless wings not rocket science.... it wasn't even busy. Food came out cold and way overdone. Fries and cheese curds were cold and greasy. How do you mess up frier food. Will never return...

I can write a novel about how effed up my food was the other day. So I'm just going to say don't waste your time or money here. I ordered online through ubereats and even the driver went off on the manager. Dry, and nasty food, bad service, cannot get an order right, slow, just a pathetic excuse for a business. Don't go there at all, ever! Asked me to go over my review again. All I can say is I have never been back and never will be. The food was wrong and the chicken was beyond dry. Should be shut down so a better place can take over.

Slow service. We have been here for 2 hours and haven’t gotten our second round of boneless all you can eat wings. Definitely don’t recommend going here unless you want to spend 4+ hours here
I would like to say that my visit to BWW today was atrocious. Our server took over 10 minutes just to greet us, took another 15 to get our food order, and in total, it took over 45 minutes just to get our appetizer, which was chips and queso, comprised of two ingredients. Other than us, I observed our server doing the same things to other customers around us, and also observed her just standing around and chatting instead of helping people. The restaurant was not even in close to busy, which would be the only acceptable reason for service to be this way. I am very disappointed and have to say it will be a long time before I visit again.

Walked in. Got seated. Waited 20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. We informed her we were ready to order our food as well. Food came in a timely manner and tasted fine. Silverware would’ve been a plus… and when asked we were handed 3 forks for 4 people. Our drinks were emptied and stayed emptied. We had to track down our server for a box. And she didn’t even know which ticket was ours at the end. Definitely will NOT be back. There’s a reason Texas Roadhouse up the road is packed with people waiting over an hour to be seated. And bad service isn’t it.

The third time in a row I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings and my traditional wings were extremely small, 3 of the 6 wings were Cornish hen size. Barely worth eating. Bartender was not very attentive

Ask for an appetizer and waitress didn't get plates on the table, neither silverware, your silverware set is so nasty with white stains, get your workers to dry it with some napkins to look cleaners, China buffet give cleaner silverware and it is more cheaper.
