If I could get zero starts for everything I would!!!! Ordered around 8 pm said it would be done at 8:40 pm. We got there at 8:45pm. Went in to get food. Got asked the name for the order and the guy said he would go back to check. He never came back. Two other people came and asked if we got helped and informed them we have. Waited 15 mins and he never came back. Got asked again if we needed help and explained that we someone was gonna go check it and never came back. The person went and checked and said that it should be out soon as all they had to do was bag it. We waited another 15 mins for them to just bag the food and bring it out. By the time we got home food was cold. We have food that we didn’t get and the wrap we got they put the wrong sauce on it. Very disappointed and won’t be going back!!! It’s like no one at that place knows how to do their job correctly or read an order right!!

Has really gone downhill over the years. Worked here 12 years ago.had good selections before and nice atmosphere. The removed most of it and now its just a shell. The also got rid of most the good burger selections.

We have eaten here several times but i would say that the food and service was horrible. Everything was wrong. Gave me wrong order which i didn't realize until i got home. The wings were over cooked and the fies were horrible. By the way shorted me 10 wings and bacon cheddar fries were nuked in the box. They gave me slaw that was very undesirable. The wait staff was complaining for the 30 minutes i had to wait about who has what table. Maybe should take issues in backroom to take care of instead of in front of your customers. Doubt after this we will go back to wild wings and will advise my staff to stay away from them also.

Ordered take out. 20 min late after the confirmed time of pickup. Ordered 20 pc with fries and cheese curds. Wings and fries cold. Not sure how that could happen when I literally picked it up right as it came out of kitchen. Can also tell that the fryer grease needs changed out due to the shitty tasting cheese curds. Also, had to reheat the cheese curds in our air fryer as they were not cooked all the way. We try this place once a year and I’m not sure why we continue to try it. Disgusting outfit.

The food was great! and my waitress was amazing she was funny and nice. Love coming here for football games and ufc fights the atmosphere is always great
We had a group of 8 and were seated right away. We placed our order and the waitress double checked to make sure everything was correct. We waited over an hour for our food. The food came out at different times and one meal didn’t come out until the rest of us were done eating. We were told they were rushing the order. It still was another half hour before it came out. Both the waitress and the manager told us that they were rushing that order. The order was a wrap which takes a little time to make it but shouldn’t have taken that long. Also one of the other orders was for 10 wings with two different sauces but all came with one sauce.
The bathroom was also very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Front door was also dirty.
We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but this was not a very good experience. Will think twice again to visit again.

We ordered our food online the time for delivery was 6:46, about 40 minutes after we ordered. Our door dasher waited at the restaurant for nearly 40 minutes. I called after she had been there for 30 minutes and was told ‘we’re working on it right now’. Our dasher got the food to us right away and the fries were cold but the chicken, burger and wings were warm. Very disappointed! It was not our delivery persons fault. I will not be back in person or order online.

Great place to go and just chill or watch the game. My first time ever going to any Buffalo wild wings. Mr Hunter and Ms Brooklyn really understand the concept of hospitality. I'm looking forward to returning back with my wife and son. Keep up the great job!
