What the heck bk I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich chicken fries onion rings i gave the lady a 20 and I got no recite and no change!! So I've tried calling no answer won't answer the phone .......is there Corporate manager ? Thats stealing ?I was there at 12 45 September 4th 2023 thank

The service here used to be amazing, but within the last two years it has give downhill.The last straw for me was when the woman refused to fix my order, fighting with me that I didn't know what I ordered even though I order the exact same thing every time I go.When I took my food she accused me of snatching the bag then called me several cuss words. Really unbelievable altogether.

Went through drive through, got ignored for a long time, then snapped at for asking “Hello?” because I thought maybe the headset wasn’t on. Some kid who works there walks outside and tells me they are short staffed, ok… order two wraps and the wraps are supposed to come with a half a piece of chicken, but mine had 1/4 a piece. Assume they didn’t want to make chicken and just cheated me. That’s like giving people a cheeseburger when they order and pay for a double. Never go here. No one cares, and they’ll take forever to help you. They all act inconvenienced at their job when you come to order. I’ve never heard anything good from anyone who orders there. This isn’t my first, second, or third problem with this location, but it is the last. Ridiculous.

While the Wopper is the best fast food hamburger out there, the service has a lot to be desired in Cedar Falls, Iowa. For one the restaurant being open during regular business hours is not always the case, despite employees being inside to tell you “…the computer is down”, “…or we are changing shifts” and this happens all the time. The employees at the drive through are beyond rude, especially the female ones. Then when I order French Fries I get a onion ring in the bag. I am not going here again I am done! The district supervisor Mark Malenchik should be char broiled…

I legitimately got some sort of minor food poisoning or whatever it was from here. My stomach hurt like hell after I got home when I ate it. The next day I had to run to the bathroom maybe 7 or 8 times at work, I felt like throwing up all day and was very drained. As I am writing it, it is the next morning after, I still feel pretty sick but not as bad as I did before. So almost 2 days of sickness from the food here.

Pulled up to the restaurant 30 minutes before close just for them to ignore us for like 5 minutes and then tell us that they were closed (with an attitude). I drive out of my way just to go to this location because I thought they were better than the ones near me.

I have attempted this store in the past couple of months at least four times. Terribly long waits in the drive through on every occasion. First thing they tell you is they will be with you in a few minutes. Over 5 each time. Stressed staff then not so friendly and food sub par. I think you need to visit your own store and see for yourself what is regularly goin on in the afternoon.

This burger king was very dirty inside. We mentioned it the the manager, but didn't seem to care. Soda fountains were not working. This was at noon and nobody else were in there.

I'm not Marty, I am jus using his phone. My name is DeRee. So, it's 8:30pm. Monday. I order a #5 w chz minus pickle, sweet tea for the drink. The guy was really nice and upbeat but the person cooking needs a different job. My fries had a couple that were still half frozen. My burger was cold also and the bun was chewy. They ended up out of tea and the frozen drinks were on defrost. Really ticked about the food cause I'm over an hour from home and spent the last of my money on this meal so now I have to wait to eat. Id turn around when I get done posting this but it's not like I'd get my money refunded instantly so it wouldn't do me any good. I'm at the cedar falls location in the College Crossing mini mall lot.

3 employees, 7 customers waiting in line. The employees couldn’t figure out what food went in what bag. The customers starting leaving the line after 10 minutes. It was sad to watch.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I can't give it anything lower. You're better off going all the way across town to the Waterloo location near Crossroads. Yeah, it's that bad. Only go here if you feel like waiting 25+ minutes in drive thru with two cars in front you. Then they get your order wrong. Just awful.

Done with this location. Last time we went was almost a year ago and that was issues. The time before that did a mobile order/paid and the location was closed. Today we went thru drive-through, app ordered, and told to pull around. Sat there for 15 min behind another car who got there food. Then told the drive thru was closed we had to come inside. Went inside and waited another 20 min.Drinks were 3/4 unavailable. And we didn't even get all the food we ordered.

We had to wait at least ten minutes in the drive thru to even let them know we were using a mobile app. Then we waited more than five at the window where we watched the manager eat fries right out of the fry area . Then once we were back on the road, we found out that they gave us one wrong sandwich,which I paid extra 40 cents for and the other sandwich was to have no pickles,but it did and again we paid an extra 40 cents for tomatoes but it had none.
