This is the absolute best BK in Waterloo and Cedar Falls also Sylvia and Josh are super friendly and both will go out of their way to make sure your visit was great and have hot and fresh food I will definitely be coming back again thanks BK team
This BK is the best one I've ever been to Sylvia and Josh were super nice and the restaurant is also nice and the food was hot and fresh great service and I be back definitely.
Was definitely understaffed when I went and there was one employee refusing to help anyone because he wanted to do dishes during a rush. Definitely not the other employee's fault and they still made out food correctly and although they kept apologizing for the wait, they shouldn't have to. If certain employee's aren't doing their job, they should just go elsewhere. Thank you to the staff who was working hard and made our lunch break worth while
