My reg iced latte was a bit weak, and my sandwich was a little cold in the middle, but for what I paid it was good.

I visit this caribou often but have been consistently impressed with their speed of service, attention to detail and accuracy of the orders. Also, some of the happiest and kindest workers!
The tea tastes like coffee (or as if it was brewed in the same container without a thorough wash), the lattes are good, and the carbonated drinks are pretty bad. Food is okay, it's just like Starbucks food. The barista that helped me was pretty rude to my partner and me. Along with this, the drinks are over priced. The positive is that there is never usually a line, so you're not waiting forever. When I contacted customer service about me experience, they gave me a free drink, but I'm probs not going back. :/

This Caribou Coffee location used to be my favorite but, I'll never go back. The last 3 times I've been there the coffee was literally not drinkable. Today the "tripple shot latte" they actually gave me was nothing but milk and was barely even room temp. In addition, this location does not allow you to order using the Caribou app so you wait longer in line to order. Skip this place! There are too many other coffee places to waste your money here.

Coffee was hot and wet and the service was noce
