Chad's Pizza & Restaurant

This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks we have been to Chad's Pizza. This is the absolute best Pizza & food in the Cedar Valley area. Alex answered the phone & took our take out order. We ordered or favorites, a Chad's Special & Crab Rangoon Pizzas. I went to order the Barrel Tots as an appetizer but the we out. I also asked if we could get a gallon of lemonade he said no proble. I drove 30 minutes from Jesup Iowa to pick up or order. When I got there, Alex had the order ready. Since they were out of the Tots Appetizer, Alex sent us home with their Broasted Chicken. It was Amazing just like the pizzas. Alex as had a gallon of lemonade as well that he went down to Kwik Star & got for us! That is True customer service. Going above & beyond for us. He also let me borrow a Pizza Bag to take everything home so it stayed hot & fresh. Our hats are off to Chad's Pizza & especially Alex for the most Amazing service & the Absolute BEST food! We will go no place else ever for Pizza & Appetizers. Alex, Thanks Very Much for all you do for us & Chad's Pizza!! Ordered today for the first time. When we went to pick it up, the person working explained the pizzas were put in the oven for too long and needed to be remade. I was happy with their honesty and that they care to make sure they put out a good product. They made it right on payment, too. The pizzas were excellent. The Mac daddy had amazing 1k dressing! My only suggestion would be putting the size in inches on the menu because we weren't sure how big to go. Now that we've been there, we have a better idea. Good job guys, it was yummy!

We went to Chad's for a family get together. I had never been there before. There are sooo many pizza choices that it was hard to decide so we all got different pizzas and shared. They were all very very good. My granddaughter had a burger and fries that looked good also. I did steal a fry and it was nice and crispy just like I like them but I was full of pizza and only had one. Definitely would go again when I'm in town.

Parking: Not much parking available close. If you don't mind walking it's fine. I just have a little difficulty walking so it was a bit harder for me. The food was worth it though.

It’s alright, yet I’m an NYC pizza SNOB lol. I’ve had better from Tony’s in CF. Yet it’s good enough for some apparently.

Waited just short of 2 hours for a cold pizza that was soggy. They have never been fast but this is not acceptable.
