They did the best they could with the people they had. The female manager on duty was excellent. There was an issue with our birthday party favors and she assisted with a discount and apologized for the inconvenience - thank you.
However, one employee (who appeared to be a student) was on her phone the entire time. Even when adults were at the counter helping their children pick their point prizes. Her cell phone was attached to every transaction made. She sat on her phone while at the trampoline activity center and nearly never acknowledged safety measures.
There was a wonderful gal, who had 2 piercings on her bottom lip, who really did amazing with our party. She went the extra mile and helped our party enjoy the time spent at CC. Great job!
Overall the experience was great for the children at the party. They were able to enjoy all the games and just be kids for the two hours.
Be warned, it is a bit expensive to host the party - about $30/child.

Dietary restrictions: Expect fast food style dinning.

Kid-friendliness: Very much, yes!

Staff was very unorganized and complicated to work with I never even spoke with my host. Then they rung me up wrong 4 times before getting the right price for my party not to mention the bathrooms were nasty! My experience here was unpleasing I personally will never throw a party here again.

Here is a list
-8 machines out of order.
- disgusting restrooms
-very rude and non caring staff.
-Asked them to make cotton and the guy with the bowl cut said "No, I'm too busy" then proceed to just stand there doing nothing....

Visit was on 3/1/25 around 5 or 6pm.

What a joke. Pizza ranch will put you out of business real quick if management doesn't get it in gear.

Went here for my kiddos 5th birthday. It was great for the kids to play and burn energy!! The food is not what it used to be and it’s expensive but it was fun. So much has changed since I went there for my own parties as a kid!! Changes have even been made since my first born had his birthday there

Parking: Shared parking lot in an outlet mall area.

Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely for kids to play at but there are a few adult friendly games! Fun for the whole family!!

We came here to play games and did not purchase any food. I like that you can now purchase a set amount of time to play games but if you do opt to buying tickets most of the games were very reasonable unlike other arcades we have been to. The kids always enjoy the prize counter at the end of our visit!

Took grandkids to celebrate one of their birthdays. The front desk staff was not friendly. Food mediocre. There are not enough games when it's busy with alot of kids which is unfair especially when you purchase to play by time. Kids enjoyed themselves but it sure seemed like the staff didn't care about their enjoyment. Except for Chucky. Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spent!!!

Ok, this is going to sound a little harsh, but know it's out of a place of love for one of my favorite places to visit when I was just a kid.

The puedo corporate boardroom seating for 200 is great and all, but you don't have that many spaces to play games. You don't have enough consoles to support those kinds of numbers, if 80% of the building was playing at one time, without a play area anymore, there would be lines at about every single one of the games.

If you are in the business of entertaining children for unlimited amounts (theoretically) that they pay for in 30-60 minute blocks, you had better give them something to do with that time. Something better than waiting around for their turn to grab someone else's ski ball because they only had 2 when they started playing.

Your pizza was good, and I did appreciate the non-caffinated drinks for the kids, and the price was reasonable, but I have a feeling if there had been more people at that time, some kids wouldn't be happy waiting.

Kid-friendliness: Numbered UV light check in and check out to make sure your kids stay with you.

Games are present, but they have decreased in number and variety in the past 15 years.
