They did the best they could with the people they had. The female manager on duty was excellent. There was an issue with our birthday party favors and she assisted with a discount and apologized for the inconvenience - thank you.
However, one employee (who appeared to be a student) was on her phone the entire time. Even when adults were at the counter helping their children pick their point prizes. Her cell phone was attached to every transaction made. She sat on her...

Went here for my kiddos 5th birthday. It was great for the kids to play and burn energy!! The food is not what it used to be and it’s expensive but it was fun. So much has changed since I went there for my own parties as a kid!! Changes have even been made since my first born had his birthday there

Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely for kids to play at but there are a few adult friendly...

We came here to play games and did not purchase any food. I like that you can now purchase a set amount of time to play games but if you do opt to buying tickets most of the games were very reasonable unlike other arcades we have been to. The kids always enjoy the prize counter at the end of our visit!
