Awful service. I went in to get ice cream with my boyfriend and asked for them to take allergen protocol. For reference, I have a nut allergy and notice they use walnuts in their store. Every ice cream store that I have been to will wipe down their table with a clean rag to accommodate to anyone else who has this sort of ailment. They did nothing, which I didn’t notice until after. I always do a spoon-lick test when I leave the store to make sure that the product won’t cause me to go into shock. My tongue immediately went numb and my boyfriend went inside to ask for a refund. When prompted with the request, the workers said that “there was no way that my allergy kicked in” and got incredibly rude and argued against the refund. Why pay 6 dollars for a small when we aren’t going to eat it. She also tried to overcharge us by two dollars and didn’t apologize and got mad when I made her fix it. We waited a total of 20 minutes to get the refund and the staff was incredibly immature and rude. Do better. Train your staff.

Almost gave my girlfriend anaphyaxis because they failed to inform us about any cross contamination. They also attempted to overcharge us. When we asked for a refund the cashier tried to tell us she didn't use any nuts, and proceeded to give us attitude

There were heaping scoops of blonde chucks of hair. They don't wear hair ties, hair nets, or gloves. It's been years and I have never once returned because of it.

Great service and ice cream is good too.

I arrived on a doordash delivery after close. I do not get a choice of when I'm sent. I'm simply following the apps orders. The workers completely ignored me and didn't even look up or acknowledge me.

Ice cream was very pricey $10.14 for a waffle bowl strawberry cheesecake large. I go to pay in it ask me for a tip. I ask cashier why would I pay a tip. A tip for what? Making my ice cream and then ringing it up. Really!!!! The girls was very polite... maybe coldstone should pay the girls more then computer wouldn't ask us for tip.

Service was great and professional. Ice cream is overpriced for quality. The atmosphere is very basic and uninviting .

The young lady working was very efficient, very nice & Did a good job. this was 1-31 -24 about 5pm. Very friendly.However the mount of Icecream in my 2 Gotta have its' was lacking for this size. More like a love it amount. Anyway your ice cream is great & I buy alot, and still will. But you need to figure out the proper amount of icecream.to put in. Thanks.

Don't order the shakes. The one I got tonight was completely watery, like they had added almost no ice cream. I threw it away, not worth it.

Wildly understaffed for a store on the main college street by the campus. Out of most flavors and employees were over rushed with a line out the door.

The guy working today was very sweet and helpful. I don't come here very often and he answered all my questions. He was very talkative and said he's only been here a few months he did an amazing job when they got busy he was alone but wasn't flustered. I think his name wasJake? I didn't get a good look at his name tag.

My wife and I arrived at 8:56. This place is open until 9:00. The employee told us, "Hey guys, we close at 9, and since we have these people in front of you (two people), you guys are going to have to go." Then she waved her hand for us to leave. So, after driving 20 minutes to get ice cream, we had to go somewhere else. WOW!
