We were just totall
They need to address quality control. They seem to have solved their staffing issues, but cleanliness and product handling needs improvement.
We went in November 25 and ordered a pair of Peanut Buster Parfaits. Bear in mind, we are long time DQ customers, I was getting PBPs so long ago that they were 99 cents. Sadly, as the price has gone up the quality has gone down. I’m not sure what they did to the peanuts, but I could swear yup there were rocks mixed in with the peanuts. From the first bite, there were peanuts that were unchewable - I had to spit out my bite before I broke a tooth. Not just once, but multiple times.
This is a new first - I’m curious how they did this - I’ve had stale peanuts, but never nuts that were hard enough to break a filling

This is the slowest fast food place in the entire cedar valley. On two separate occasions I waited 40 mins in the drive thru for a couple of basic shakes. Not sure if the issue is staffing or what’s going on. Dont recommend anyone going here. Much faster and better food/ice cream options in the area.
Update: I was able to fill this out while waiting at the window. When I finally got my ice cream, it had been ready the whole time and it was just sitting in the cooler right by the pick up window… I had been sitting at the pick up window for 20 minutes and had 3 different employee walk by. Not one was able to just grab my items that were already made and hand them to me.

We gave this DQ two tries this summer-same result. When ordering a blizzard-we have basically just gotten vanilla ice cream. I even asked for extra candy bar and paid extra and still barely got out in the Blozzard. Gonna have to pass on this site-way to stingy on toppings.

My 3rd time driving out of my way for a strawberry and banana Blizzard and they are out of bananas lol what I joke. What that tells me is that this location is poorly mismanaged and you can go to the gas station next door and they have bananas! Will not waste my time ever going to this DQ!!!

How is it that the Google satellite photos say this is a corn field?
I’m half way through this medium blizzard that I spent nearly 7 dollars on and not one piece of brownie batter.
This has been the worst deal in the history of deals

Employee was in the back cussing acting a fool and while making people's ice cream was licking her fingers while touching the product. It was absolutely disgusting! We asked for a refund and left! Will never go back again!
I go here literally constantly since they reopened the location. Like genuinely maybe once a week. I’m not going to lie, the service was a bit rough at the beginning, and getting through the drive through line could take 45 minutes. They’ve stepped it up since then and it’s clear they have employees that care, so whoever owns the place should be very proud of their staff. I’ve had a few small issues come up here and there (out of an item, missing sauces, etc.) Management is always quick to step up and offer a solution to fix the problem. The food is always consistent and good, which to be honest is such a rare thing for food establishments here.
